Oops, I thought it was a 2T, but was a 3A (stepout) + 3T. Would that be marked a +SEQ? Costly -3 GOE too.

Yes, every junior girl who can do 3A must do it in a combo in SP (Alysa Liu, Sofias, Veronika...). Which, considering it mostly replaces 3Lz gives just 2.1 point boost of the BV.
