I don't think I've ever seen anything like that..How did she save that combo?

So I checked and I remembered it correctly:It was counted according to her TES. Her score didn't go down after the performance, it infact went up.
Is that an official rule? Like if they put their foot down but no weight it still counts?
The truth is when I saw how her axis is lean I thought "that's it, she has to fall", but she kept the balance on her leg somehow. How did she save that combo? Let's see in slowmo.
Thanks for checking and clarifying for us!One full revolution on the ice between the jumps (free foot can touch the ice, but no weight transfer) keeps the element in the frame of the definition of a jump combination.

It is not exactly the Russian anthem. It is an old Soviet anthem composed by Alexander Alexandrov back during Stalin's rule. Russia used it's "own" anthem during the 90s but Vladdy Putin decided to bring the old one back because Alexandrov's music is too epic.
Thanks for the clarification! So I checked and I remembered it correctly:
"In a jump combination the landing foot of a jump is the take off foot of the next jump.
One full revolution on the ice between the jumps (free foot can touch the ice, but no weight transfer) keeps the element in the frame of the definition of a jump combination.
An Euler, when used in combinations between two listed jumps, becomes a listed jump (1Eu) with the value indicated in the SOV."
As for the PCS, Sofia M. received 31.99, Sofa A. 32.37.A fabulous 3F+3T with high GOE (+10%) is still pretty competitive against a just-okay 3A+3T with low GOE.
I think Muravyova probably gets higher PCS as well.
I agree that in this competition she should be ahead in PCS. Both of the other Sofia's have great skating skills, but weren't really performing today. I think Osokina's PCS was also ( relatively) too low.Muravieva's skating to soo nice and emotional and so secure. Her step sequence is a dream and she's been so consistent in delivering it as a level 4 with great GOEs. Can't believe she's behind Samodelkina and Akatieva in PCS. Happy that she's leading for now but without an ultra-c element in the FS, that position would be mighty difficult to maintain.

Completely understandable, but the difference should be reflected in this judges scores. No judgement against the 12/13 year olds who are nervous. They are incredible young ladies. The favorites are nervous

If i'm a junior i would rather learn 3Lo combos for SP, and save 3A (or a quad) for FP. Solo 2A requirement in juniors makes 3A not that valuable (But 3Lo is sometimes required solo jump and that could be a problem for my strategy).A fabulous 3F+3T with high GOE (+10%) is still pretty competitive against a just-okay 3A+3T with low GOE.
