[Kasey]

Griazev is having a shaky Freshman year as ONLY a senior skater. He's had injury and inconsistancy. Basically, he has been like MOST junior skaters in their first full senior year. Very few go from junior to senior level without some bumps in the road. He has the talent, and by reports is a very hard worker. Hopefully he will be given the chance he needs to get settled and prove himself.

Plushy got 4 6.0s on presentation, lot of 5.8-5.9s. Griazev and Lezin were close in technical, 5.3-5.6s, Lezin having a slight edge, but Griazev had one 5.6 and 8 5.7s for presentation, to Lezin's 5.5-5.6s.

Plushy with two bad knees and a bad back - how does he keep up that pace? The man is amazing. I do think he should skip Euros though and save his strength for Moscow Worlds.

And Irina should do the same (she was very sick with the flu at Nats).
