I’m gonna predict it’s going to be another season when Rusfed won’t know whom to choose to send to Euros/Olys.
So many talents, most are inconsistent.

BTW, do you know why Kondratyuk was sent to senior tests as well as junior tests?

If I had to define Samarin's skating: simple yet effective. Especially when he hits his jumps. Not so much quality in between though.

Part of senior national team (results from nationals), plus he was booked for some JGPs, so they he had to go to junior one too before competing (so he could get a feedback from the fed).

Kondratiuk was supposed to perform at the JGP but withdrew for some reason.

(confused why they didn't let him just do senior GPs - but tbh he can probably contend for the junior WC title this season, so fine by me, will see him at Milan).
