Ohhh, they just like to keep us in suspense! :eeking: But I have faith in my favorite choreographer (Lori).
 
to be really honest, I hope that one day she leaves Lori and sticks to Dickson who clearly fits her better, Or finds another choreographer for example Jeff , I like his ex for her very much. Her SP was fabulous this year but the LP lacked so called multi-directional skating that is why she was held down in pcs in my very humble opinion . I like Lori's choreos from time to time for Chinese pairs, but in most of cases her choreos became boring ..as for Asada I wish the same... go back to Tat..! (Not to mention Han Yan disasters)

Maybe she should follow Uncle Dai's method. I think he used more than 10 different choreographers. Variety is the spice of life! Tatiana, I can't even speak of her.

I hope her sp can be better than her fp last year. Miyahara has fab skating skills and quality in her edge work, but her fp was so void and lacking I think it was one of the reason her pcs never caught up with the quality she has.

I think Lori's work is often a hit and miss, let's hope after last year miss it's a good hit this season, instead.

In his competitive career, about 8. And that's mostly because he left Morozov in 2008. :laugh:

I hope Satoko has a wonderful season. I think no matter who does her choreography, she will bring her own special lyricism and personality to the program. Those things along with her work ethic will make the programs winners. She is already off to a good start with NHK and Skate Canada as her GP assignments. Tatiana - no comment.

It was a beautiful and detailed program and it looked good on video. But as Lys mentioned in a post above, she has such fabulous skating skills and the program limited her abilities. It didn't allow her to have the ice coverage it could have had and it was monotonous. Satoko's talent is what made it so beautiful, but the judges clearly didn't appreciate it because I honestly don't see any other reason for her PCS to be 7th at Worlds with a clean program. I give kudos to Lori for teaching her how to emote better but in the past couple of seasons, Tom Dickson's programs for her proved to be the better ones.

Satoko's SP will be waltz, choreographed by Lori Nichol; FS will be selections from different pieces including Star Wars, Jupiter, etc.
She said the free program will be a bit mysterious and a bit cosmic(宇宙的), choreographed by Tom Dickson.

Great choices. I'm happy for her. One of the things I like about Satoko is how her music choices are classy and original. :thumbsup:

I think it's a mix of the choreography and her sensual interpretation. I'm really glad she's trying all types of music and showing other sides of her.
 
On a purely superficial note, her hair looks much better this way. I always thought before it was too severe and too tightly pulled back from her face. Somehow it makes her now look softer...and taller? Lol.

Nice to see her try different kinds of music and broaden her range of expression. Like her stephane interaction.
