That laser-knife surgical technique is actually pretty cool. By bombarding your head with gamma rays from many different angles at the same time, you can arrange to have a huge concentration of radiation at the site of the tumor without affecting the surrounding tissue very much.

Any prcedure involving the brain carries risk, but this treatment is very promising, I think.

Some of the surgeries my little sis had were gamma ray. They worked well but she was too far gone by then after the lung cancer and 13 brain tumors.
