I just have to rave about the fabulous Seattle Storm for capping off a great season with an amazing game tonight to clinch the title!

Sounds like they totally crushed Connecticut in the last game. Next year the finals goes to five games. Cool.

The poor Detroit Shock. They went from world champions to just barely making the playoffs this year. The team is very visible in the Detroit area, though, making appearances for charitable causes, etc. I see a big future for women's b-ball.

Sounds like they totally crushed Connecticut in the last game.

It was actually a real nail-biter until the last 10 minutes of play. The Sun had great strategy against the Storm, and nearly swept the series. Betty Lennox definitely deserved the Playoff MVP award ~ her shooting in Game 2 won this Championship for the Storm. By getting us to Game 3, the Storm was able to make changes to their game and finally unsettle the Sun. I am, of course, psyched that the Strom came out on top, but the Sun was a great opponent!
