More clearance issues requiring a program change.

Loena Hendrickx BEL
SP: I Surrender by Celine Dion

Some translated portions:
The licensing process for Ashes by Céline Dion was therefore particularly complicated. The approval to use the song during the Games was not forthcoming. “There are six or seven stakeholders,” says Hendrickx. “Someone wrote it, someone composed it and Céline Dion sang it. Ashes is also another soundtrack, and there are parties around the film that have rights. That makes it much more difficult to obtain the copyrights than with a song that has simply been released as a commercial single.’
Hendrickx: ‘ClicknClear offers a catalogue of numbers for which the license is ready and which you can easily buy. With I Surrender even for a limited amount: 50 euros for use for non-commercial purposes, such as a sports performance. It is also an older hit, and therefore more accessible. If such a license is available, the process is much faster.’

Petr Gumennik had to change his short program due to copyright issues.

SP: "Waltz 1805" by Edgar Hakobyan

Yes, I saw that. I fixed it on the Men's SP file. Petr perhaps could have gotten it cleared if he had known about the problem earlier. Several other teams and skaters are using the Perfume soundtrack in Milan.

There are lots of changes to many programs, I am sad to say. I have been checking all the short program music program information. I will be updating a lot of the info in this thread after the Olympics and before Worlds. Check the OP of Men's and RD competition threads for up to date info. I have not finished pairs or women's.

Anyone who wanted a Piper and Paul Wuthering Heights comeback for Worlds? Well, it's your lucky day.

Their FD music on their ISU bio is now listed as "Main theme and end titles" and "Switching sides" from the Wuthering Heights OST by Ryuichi Sakamoto

I have a lot of updates to make to last season from Worlds & Olympics, but I will.make them in the References thread.
