Koshiro at Youth Olympics? :eeking: :hap85::hap57: can i be hopefull that they might send him to JW as well?
and shame about Mai cause she has been brillian this season and deserved a chance at senior nationals but so did many other junior ladies :hopelessness:
congratulations to all medalists!!

^I hope this will fire Mai up for GPF :dev3:
And yes for Koshiro to be on the JW team  They need a youngster to get experience for next season because some of the top guys be moving up to senior.
(But please get used to skating to your SP please please please)

Thanks Mikaboo. I like Yuna fs too.

So I decided to read my magazine (Sports Graphic Number, 875) that I bought months ago at last
His first coach's name is Mami Yamada and she was his sister's coach. She coached him since he was 4 until 8 when she had to move away from Sendai. She was the one who chose Coach Tsuzuki for him. She asked Tsuzuki-san to be strict with him but not crush him because he is so talented.
Maybe I'll try to translate more of it but there is probably already a translation floating around?

Thanks Mikaboo for the info . I will also check with other groups whether this has been translated.

Was kinda hoping they would send Wakaba or Marin to Youth Olympic games (although it was unlikely) since I want to see them live and was planning to take the trip to Lillehammer next year to watch.

According to the protocols, Yuna A. landed 2A-3T-2T, so happy for her since she was struggling with the 3T this season, hope she does the same at senior nationals!

Thank you mikaboo for the information :)

Mao is back and these so talented youngsters :dance3:

I'm really looking forward to the senior Nationals. But, getting nervous at the same time :dance2:

I do enjoy watching Yuna S. as well. Adorable beyond words. But her jumps are a little freaky if you know what I mean, especially that salchow and that axel... they're unlike anything I've seen :scratch3: I hope the technique doesn't become a problem for her in the future.

So thrilled to see Wakaba back to form. Now she needs to work on fixing that lip!

Does anyone have news on Yuna_A? She's still my favorite...

I know Yuna A qualified for senior nationals but I'm not sure how she performed in the FS. Some reports are on Twitter so I can see if I find anything

Ah...her salchow...it's a wonder how she rotates them. I even rewatched that jump a few time last night. Glad it's not just me who bother by it. :scratch2:

Her axel oth, doesn't scare me much. Many kids have bad waltz jump that carry on to the axel. Hers looks like the case.
As long as she lands those jumps, she'll be fine. Her skating is so pleasant to watch. I like it that she didn't try to chanel Yuna Kim in that program.
