Skaters Self Pep-Talk Question

Right before Yoshie started her LP at Skate Canada and NHK Trophy, you could see that she was saying something before the music started? Does anyone know what is she telling herself before she skates?

I know that Tim Goebel recites a prayer but I can't remember which one specifically now. I believe it is Catholic or Episcopalian.

Does anyone know of any other skaters that have mentioned a specific saying or speech that they run through right before they start skating?

Though I don't know any specifics, my bet would be that most of them do it.

I can tell you when I'm standing there on a test session waiting for the music to start, I'm saying to myself (yes, out loud), "You do this every day. It's just another day."

Most performers (of any type or sport) have a routine that gets them into "performance mode", which includes the self talk, and probably a lot of other things too. Part of my ritual is doing my makeup & hair.

He is a Catholic. I think he mutters "In the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit Amen." Maybe it's close to that.
