So what do you think ESPN will show tomorrow?

I was actually surprised at what they showed. I could have been better but I was surprised. I wish they would have shown the dance though - most are more interested in that vs. pairs.

While watching, I was surprised to see how slow wagner was - she looked labored. I felt terrible for the Finnish skater.

Who do you think makes it and who do you think doesn't?

I see that Brian Joubert's nekkid six-pack made it again ... but not a single ice dance team.

(I enjoy looking at Brian as much as the next dirty old woman. But please.)

I wonder if SA planned that? It was a quick camera to a backstage change during the exhibitions. Maybe he did.

I thought he looked pasty white and he lost a lot of muscle, but then I have to think about whether I'm envious of a man 40 years younger.

how can i miss that. crud. that's what i get for watching sharapova shriek instead.

Too bad ESPN didn't show any dance team. As far as I am concerned, dance competition was pretty damn good with V/M and the Italians - oh boy, weren't they passionate? The french team's programs were ho-hum, except for their gala performance and dance to Quebecois tune. Everyone went nuts when Quebecois music was played.

True, it might not have been planned -- at least not by ESPN.

If you're a wee bit jealous, you're in good company. Either Paul or Terry made a comment on the obligatory shirtless shot. It was something to the effect of "Oh, what a surprise ... ." It didn't quite drip with sarcasm, but it was close.
