Statistics from U.S. Nationals Prediction Contest
I have compiled statistics on the predicted top six finishers from the entries to my U.S. Nationals Prediction Contest.
Here a few quick stats. It was pretty close between Johnny Weir and Evan Lysacek for the men's title, with the edge going to Johnny Weir (52.3% versus 45.7%). Sasha Cohen was chosen 69% of the time for the ladies title. I am sure that this number would have been much higher had the news of Michelle Kwan's withdrawal come out sooner. Inoue/Baldwin were the most popular choice for first place in the pairs event at 77.2%. All but 1 person chose Belbin/Agosto for the dance title.
