I watched all the pattern dances. I don't usually watch them, but I'm so excited and skating is on YouTube so I watch. The novice competitions are sort of my favorite events at Nationals because lower stress for me, and usually for them by the looks of it, and lots of nice kids doing nice programs. My favorite costume was the pink ruffly dress from Starlight; you wouldn't see that in Seniors. I'm rooting for everyone.
