Firstly, here is an article about Giorgia that was published on the Páfos Net website (in Greek):

http://pafosnet.com/giorgia-isabell...Vw-ZRzSbx4EKyCGNp76IABXU4FLXwia24GtWXuj9TRM3s

Although it is dated yesterday, it has been around for a while, because the first link I have found to this article was posted back in September!

(I think it has a new date because there was a photo from Czech Skate added to it. But, the article itself is the same, as it still talks about the competition in the future tense).

Also, there will be Cypriot representation at this week's Tallinn Trophy in Estonia.

Maria and Nikita will again be in action in Advanced Novice Ice Dance, but this time without their team-mates. The Pattern Dances are this afternoon, while the Free Skate is tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Stefania YAKOVLEVA will be competing in Basic Novice Ladies on Sunday morning. She is having a busy time of it, as she was competing in Skate Celje in Slovenia on Friday morning! :drama:

More details in the following post in her own Fan Fest thread:

All the best to the Cypriot skaters competing in Estonia this week!!!

Stefania Yakovleva was competing in the Basic Novice competition at the Tallinn Trophy yesterday.

Yakovleva was one of the few Cypriot skaters competing internationally that I hadn't seen before, so I made a point of making sure I watched her last night before the stream got zapped. And it was so surreal.

Stefania was the last skater to start before the interval. When her name was called, she came out and on her way to get to her starting position, she fell. So she got up, and went into her starting position. And then we heard a male voice shouting at her, telling her that she was still wearing her team jacket! :palmf: So, she had to go over to the side of the ice and take it off, and then get back into position again. :drama:

After all this, you would understand if young Stefania was rattled. However, she went on to put in the most amazing performance! Yakovleva was skater #14 to start, and she went into the lead by 2.54 points. And she stayed in the lead until skater #32!

I was so impressed with Yakovleva. There were 38 entries, and she managed to finish 3rd out of the 35 skaters that actually started. Like, it is unheard of for a Singles skater from Cyprus to finish on the podium in an international competition which does not have a small number of entries.

The dampener was that having to go back and take off her jacket earned Yakovleva a 1 point deduction for a late start. :disapp: And when you consider that she was only 0.31 behind the winner, Stefania would have easily won the competition if it was not for that silly mistake. :bang:

Then I looked at her Rink Results page. Turns out that this was her third competition of the season. Her third competition of this month, in fact. And she won both of her previous competitions!

More significantly, at these previous competitions, she was competing at a higher level, Intermediate Novice.

This is a very promising skater. And I am really looking forward to when she becomes Junior eligible. We have seen Kudriavtseva / Karankevich really put Cyprus on the map in Ice Dance the past couple of seasons. And it looks like Yakovleva could do the same in Singles skating.

With hindsight, I wish I had been able to watch the Basic Novice competition in full. It was so close - only 1.1 points covered the top 7 skaters. But, alas, I didn't have time, and the archived stream has now been removed after receiving a copyright claim.

But, what a way to finish my viewing of the Tallinn Trophy. Seeing a Singles skater from Cyprus put in a medal-winning performance.

CONGRATULATIONS STEFANIA!!! :cheer:  :points:

Apologies that I didn't get posting before skating started in The Hague, but my computer died again this week. Fortunately, this time I had everything I needed and knew what I was doing, so it only took 2 days to sort it, rather than the month that it took the last time.

Emilea ended up withdrawing from the Tallink Hotels Cup, presumably because it would mean competing two weeks in a row. There was a bit of confusion as to where she would be competing this week, as she was entered for both the Challenge Cup and the Sofia Trophy.

Well, she competed in the SP at the Challenge Cup today. She finshed 5th out of 18 in the SP, with a score of 55.05.

Challenge Cup Senior Ladies SP: Results; Protocols

There is no video uploaded yet.

This score was only 0.94 points lower than her absolute PB for the SP, achieved at the 2019 Midwestern Sectional Championships when she was skating in America. HOWEVER, the significance is that her TES today was 30.13. Which means that she now has all the minimums that she needs to compete at the World Champiponships!!! (She already had the minimum TES for the FS from the Santa Claus Cup)

:cheer:   :party2: :points: :hb:

I haven't actually seen Emilea's skate today. But, given the scores, I'm sure it looked good!

:cheer: WELL DONE!!! :cheer:

The FS will be held tomorrow afternoon, starting at 13:00 CET (07:00 EST / 12:00 GMT / 14:00 EET). There is no Time Schedule PDF, so I do not have an exact time that Emilea will be skating. But she will be the fourteenth skater to start. So, second skater to go in Group 3.

The interesting thing is that Emilea is still on the Entry List for the Sofia Trophy. Looking at the timetables, it is not beyond the realms of possibility that she could do both competitions. The FS in the Challenge Cup is on Friday afternoon. And the SP at the Sofia Trophy isn't until Saturday evening.

Don't forget, back in 2015, Anastasia Galustyan, Aleksandra Golovkina and Angelīna Kučvaļska did both the EYOF in Austria and the European Championships in Sweden in a single week, with the FS of the EYOF the day before the SP of Europeans.

It's a big ask, though. Especially in these pandemic days when there are a lot less flights happening. However, there is a flight on Saturday morning leaving Amsterdam at 10:20 CET and arriving in Sofia at 14:00 EET... ;)

The thing that makes me think that Emilea will head to Sofia is that there are skaters from the Cypriot team competing there in the younger categories. The team could have a show of strength.

Ekaterina Luneva will be competing in Junior Ladies, while Stefania Yakovleva will be competing in Advanced Novice Ladies.

:cheer: ALL THE BEST TO ALL OF THEM!!! :cheer:

Well, the FS did it again for Emilea!

Emilea finished 2nd out of 18 in the FS, with a score of 116.25. This meant that she climbed to 3rd overall, with a score of 171.30.

The SP Start Orders for the Sofia Trophy were put up yesterday afternoon, and Emilea has indeed withdrawn. Stefania and Katya are still entered (and, by sheer coincidence, are both the antepenultimate starter in their respective SP).

Good News and Bad News.

The Good News is that Stefania put in a great performance in the Advanced Novice Ladies SP, and is lying third going into the FS, with a score of 33.83.

Here is what I wrote at the time in the competition thread:

It has been a long time since I last saw Stefania, and I have to admit I couldn't remember what she was like. But, I liked what I saw today! That was very good!!!

Just the one wee mistake that I spotted, but it was just a minor thing.

With 2 to go, she goes into 3rd position, just a smidgeon behind 2nd.

:cheer:   :party2: :points: :hb:

With Emilea, Marilena and Stefania all looking good, things are really looking up for Cyprus.

We just have to wait for Junior Ladies later on to see what form Ekaterina is in this season.

:cheer: WELL DONE STEFANIA!!! :cheer:

The Advanced Novice Ladies SP is due to start at 08:30:00 EET (06:30:00 GMT). So 10 minutes from now.

Here is what I wrote at the time in the competition thread:

Another great skate from Stefania.

She was a bit wobbily towards the end of one of her spins near the end, but that was the only issue I saw. Unlike most of the skaters this group, she didn't fall.

And she looked to be enjoying herself!

Loved the black lace dress.

2nd in the FS behind Selin AKBULUT, but leads her overall.

Now her destiny lies in the hands of Karolina BATKOVA.

As I said in the competition thread on Saturday, it has been a long time since I last saw Stefania in action. Well, after seeing how well she did this weekend, I hope that we get to see her a lot more regularly. Because, she is a real prospect for the future!

Emilea may have quickly established herself as the #1 Ladies skater for Cyprus in her first season representing the island, but if Marilena and Stefania keep on progressing the way they are, they will be challenging her for that title in the not too distant future!

:cheer: WELL DONE STEFANIA!!! :cheer:

Stefania Yakovleva will be in action again this week at Skate Helena in Belgrade.

The Advanced Novice Ladies SP will start tomorrow (Friday) at 13:09 CEST (11:09 GMT / 14:09 EEST / 14:09 MSK). So 17h 30m from now.

Unfortunately, the Entries Results Page does not include links to Time Schedules. But, Stefania will be the eleventh skater to start. So, fourth skater in Group 2.

According to the Coloured Time Schedule for the event, Group 2 is due to start their Warm-Up at 13:46 CEST (11:46 GMT / 14:46 EEST / 14:46 MSK). So 18h 7m from now.

Skate Helena Advanced Novice Ladies SP: Results; Protocols

The livestream was not very well labelled, so it took until after she had skated for anybody to find it (thank you @Walt FSHunter ). I was watching the MotoGP Practice at the time, and intended to play catch-up on the AN Ladies SP once the bikes were over. But, I closed the window in the meantime without thinking. And when I opened the page again, Warner Music Group had slapped a copyright complaint on the livestream. So, I didn't see Stefania's SP. 😞

But, looking at the protocols, it went very well. She only got marked down on her second element. But the impact was minimised, because she got bonus points on both it and her first element.

Keeping in mind that this is the first season where Stefania has been competing at a level which has a Short Programme, this was her absolute best score for a Short Programme by some distance. It was 6.07 points higher than her previous best from the Sofia Trophy.

It was also 4.75 points higher than her nearest challenger here, Zala GRUM of Slovenia. Although, to be fair, Grum got a half point deduction for a fall (the only skater in the Top 5 that did get a deduction). The Top 5 are covered by 10 points, and then there is a relatively big gap to a group consisting of most of the rest of the field! So, the FS could see a lot of changes to the order.

The Free Skate is due to start at 14:32 CEST (12:32 GMT / 15:32 EEST / 15:32 MSK). So 6 h 12m from now.

As I explained yesterday, the Entries Results Page does not include links to Time Schedules. But, as the overnight leader, Stefania will be the 21st and last skater to start. So, seventh skater in Group 3.

According to the Coloured Time Schedule for the event, Group 3 is due to start their Warm-Up at 16:20 CEST (14:20 GMT / 17:20 EEST / 17:20 MSK). So 8 hours from now.

The Coloured Time Schedule also tells us that the Advanced Novice Ladies FS is due to finish at 17:08 CEST (15:08 GMT / 18:08 EEST / 18:08 MSK). So 7h 48m from now. Which, in theory, means that Stefania should be starting around the top of that hour. But, that all depends on everything running to schedule. Which very rarely happens.

STEFANIA WON SKATE HELENA!!!!!!

:cheer:   :party2: :points: :hb:

Stefania finished 2nd out of 21 in the FS, with a score of 58.82. This meant that she remained in 1st place overall, with a score of 98.72.

Like yesterday, the stream got slapped with a copyright claim from Warner Music Group. But, today, I remembered to leave the window open, and was able to wind back and watch the final group after the bikes finished.

The Free Skate was won by Lia LYUBENOVA of Bulgaria, who had been 3rd in the SP. Stefania was 1.69 points behind her in the FS. But, having an advantage of 5.88 over her from the SP meant Stefania won overall by 4.19 points. (Zala GRUM, who had been 2nd in the SP, had a disaster of a Free Skate).

After watching the whole of the final group, I was actually surprised that Stefania didn't win the FS. For me, the quality of her skating looked a class above the other girls. True, she did have a fall early on in the programme on her loop, which wouldn't have helped. But the rest of the programme was just brilliant.

Although skaters representing Cyprus have won Singles competitions at younger age levels, I think this is the first time it has happened at Novice level or above.

Stefania may be the international team member that I know the least about, but I can tell you something - this girl is one to watch for the future. I am really looking forward to when she moves up to Juniors (and I hope it won't be long until she does!)

I am so proud of Stefania for achieving this Gold Medal. 🥇

:cheer: WELL DONE STEFANIA!!! :cheer:

Stefania Yakovleva is in action again today at the Egna Spring Trophy in Egna / Neumarkt, Italy.

The Advanced Novice Ladies SP will start today at 12:30 CEST (10:30 GMT / 13:30 EEST / 13:30 MSK). So 6 hours from now.

Stefania will be the third skater to start.

She is due to start at 12:44:10 CEST (10:44:10 GMT / 13:44:10 EEST / 13:44:10 MSK). So 6h 14m from now.

Stefania finished 5th out of 23 in the SP, with a score of 34.33.

Egna Spring Trophy Advanced Novice Ladies SP: Results; Protocols

Stefania had a very strange fall on her first jump. She didn't land right, and ended up falling belly first onto the ice. But, it didn't faze her. She got up and there were no noticeable mistakes for the rest of the programme.

When she was waiting for her results, you could see she was angry with herself.

She is still well in contention, though. She is only 0.37 points off third position, Zala GRUM of Slovenia (yes, the same girl that was 2nd to Stefania in the SP at Skate Helena). And only 6 points behind the leader, Chiara MINIGHINI of Italy.

So, it is all to play for tomorrow morning in the Free Skate.

The Free Skate is due to start at 08:30 CEST (06:30 GMT / 09:30 EEST / 09:30 MSK). So 12 hours from now.

Stefania will be the nineteenth skater to start. So, fourth skater to go in Group 3.

Group 3 is due to start their Warm-Up at 10:11:00 CEST (08:11:00 GMT / 11:11:00 EEST / 11:11:00 MSK). So 13h 41m from now.

Stefania is due to start at 10:34:30 CEST (08:34:30 GMT / 11:34:30 EEST / 11:34:30 MSK). So 14h 4m from now.

Just a wee reminder that the Advanced Novice Ladies FS is due to start in just under 10 minutes, with Stefania due to start 2h 15m from now.

She posted some photos of Egna on her social media page yesterday. (Sorry that I'm not linking to it, but I don't yet know what age she is). It looks like a really beautiful place. So, hopefully that will inspire her today.

Like at Skate Helena, the FS stream got slapped with a copyright claim from Warner Music Group. But, because none of the other streams from Egna got hit, I didn't think of keeping the window open. So, I didn't see her.

Looking at the protocols, it looks like she fell on her lutz near the end. And there was some great variation in the judging of her first element - she got +1, -3 and 0.

Stefania's Free Skate today earned her a new absolute Personal Best score for the FS, eclipsing the 59.45 that she scored at the Sofia Trophy in February.

Chiara MINIGHINI of Italy won both segments. She had a 5.06 point overall lead over Hungary's Vivien PAPP (who was second in both segments), who had a 7.77 point overall lead over Italy's Ambra MALMASSARI (who had moved up from 7th in the SP).

There was very little covering 3rd to 6th. Malmassari finished 0.8 points ahead of Alessia PIASENTINI (ITA), who finished 0.03 points ahead of Stefania, who finished 2.53 points ahead of Zala GRUM. So, they were all well in contention for the final podium position.

Stefania was the only skater in the Top 6 of the FS to fall. So, that and the judges having such differing opinions probably cost her a medal.

Nevertheless, a Top 5 finish and a new absolute PB for the FS is a great way to round out what has been a very successful debut season at Advanced Novice level.

:cheer: WELL DONE STEFANIA!!! :cheer:

There have been quite a few things have happened since I last posted in this thread. So, I think it would be best to tackle them in chronological order.

Firstly, in June, Daniella did an interview with the English language In-Cyprus website (which used to be the Cyprus Weekly newspaper):

https://in-cyprus.philenews.com/int...of-figure-skating-daniella-vanessa-ipsaridou/

Then a week later, she was interviewed by Maria Ioannou on the Omega TV programme "Ela Na Deis". Here is the video on Daniella's Facebook Fan Page:

https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=912731879457270&id=149071529156646

This interview was in Greek, so I don't know what she was saying (I suspect it was something similar to the newspaper interview). But, it had a song I love as the backing music, so I can't complain! ;)

Secondly, Marilena has already got her first competition of the 2021–22 Season under her belt. Just over 2 weeks ago, she competed at Skate Milwaukee.

I have to admit, I was worried last season when she had such a good first half of the season, and then seemed to completely disappear off the radar in the second half. So, it is so good to see her back. And boys, but she hit the ground running!

Skate Milwaukee Senior Ladies SP: Results; Protocols

There is no video uploaded yet.

Marilena finished 1st out of 13 in the SP, with a score of 58.31. This was 3.74 ahead of Maxine Marie Bautista in second place.

She was the only skater in the Top 4 to not have any deductions. In fact, she was one of only 2 skaters in the Top 8 to not have any deductions (Emily Zhang in 5th position was the other).

This score was a new absolute PB for the Short Programme, surpassing the 46.41 she scored at the 2019 US Challenge Skate by a massive 11.90 points!

 :cheer:   :party2: :points: :hb:

Unfortunately, after winning the Short Programme, the Free Skate did not go as well. 😞

Skate Milwaukee Senior Ladies FS: Results; Protocols

Marilena Kitromilis Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Emm1cX2WfoU

Marilena finished 8th out of 12 in the FS, with a score of 76.02. This meant that she dropped to 8th place overall, with a score of 134.33.

Typical luck that of the two programmes, the one that got a video uploaded was the one where things went wrong rather than the one where things went right!

The first half of the programme was a disaster. Four deductions for falls says it all. To be honest, I suspect that the pressure of being the overnight leader got to her. However, she pulled it together for the second half, which was actually really good.

She was skating to Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" (well, according to YouTube's algorithms, there were only sections from "Summer", "Autumn" and "Winter"). And, although I may be biased, I do think that when she skates it clean, it will be impressive.

Nevertheless, despite the problems in the FS, the overall score was still a new absolute PB, surpassing the 132.93 she scored at the 2020 Santa Claus Cup by 1.40 points.

:cheer: WELL DONE MARILENA!!! :cheer:

Thirdly, on Sunday, I was checking YouTube for new videos, and discovered by chance that Angelina has her own YouTube channel. She has been using it since 2017, but I never found it until now.

I have added links for all the videos to the post about Angelina over in the separate Fan Fest thread for her and Ilia:

https://www.goldenskate.com/forum/posts/2123988/

Finally, the Provisional Entry Lists for the second Junior Grand Prix in Courchevel were released yesterday, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Stefania on it. I thought she still had another year or two to wait until she was old enough for Juniors! :drama:

http://results.isu.org/events/jgpfra22021_JuniorWomen.htm

Ekaterina is down as the substitute if Stefania is not able to go.

So, here's to a great 2021–22 Season for 🇨🇾 Team Cyprus!!!

:cheer:   :party2: :points: :hb:

Some good news and some bad news.

The first bit of good news is that the four skaters that are curently representing Cyprus internationally in Juniors and Seniors have now had Bios added to the start of this thread!

Emilia ZINGAS

Ekaterina LUNEVA
https://www.goldenskate.com/forum/posts/2775642

Marilena KITROMILIS

Stefania YAKOVLEVA

Hope you like them!

And the second bit of good news is that Emilea and Marilena are both in action this week at the Cranberry Cup in Norwood, Massachusettes.

This is where the bad news comes in. Unbeknownst to me, the Info box listing upcoming competitions on the front page on the forum had the wrong dates for Cranberry Cup. When I saw it say 15–18 August, I assumed that would mean that the preparations would be yesterday, and skating would start today. And I thought "Ah good! If there is a livestream and the Senior Ladies are on at a decent time of day, I'll be able to watch LIVE!!!" But, when I went onto the Entries / Results page earlier to find out the starting order for the Senior Ladies SP, I instead found the final results. It was actually 11–15 August. So, I've missed it!

Cranberry Cup Senior Ladies SP: Results; Protocols

Marilena finished 8th out of 24 in the SP, with a score of 57.93.

Emilea finished 13th out of 24 in the SP, with a score of 48.85.

I haven't checked for videos yet. But, looking at the protocols, Marilena went clean in her SP, while Emilea had a fall on her triple flip.

Cranberry Cup Senior Ladies FS: No Results Page; Protocols
Cranberry Cup Senior Ladies: Results

Marilena finished 10th out of 21 in the FS, with a score of 101.46. This meant that she remained in 8th place overall, with a score of 159.39.

Emilea finished 9th out of 21 in the SP, with a score of 105.53. This meant that she climber to 10th place overall, with a score of 154.38.

Again, I haven't checked for videos yet. But, looking at the protocols, Marilena had 2 falls in her FS (on a combo early on, and a step sequence near the end), while Emilea went clean.

I'll look up everything tomorrow, and add the details to their OP's at the start of the thread.

:cheer: WELL DONE GIRLS!!! :cheer:

The next bit of bad news is about Stefania's Junior GP debut. It ain't happening just yet. France is not recognising vaccines that have not been approved for use in the EU. And as a result, all the Russian skaters have had to pull out of the first 2 Junior GP's. And that includes Stefania.

To make up for this, Russia has been given extra slots at subsequent Junior GP's so that the skaters that were due to go to Courchevel do not miss out. I really hope that Stefania is also given the opportunity to compete at an alternative Junior GP.

Košice would have been handy, given that her fellow Leader club skaters Angelina Kudriavtseva / Ilia Karankevich are already entered there.

We'll have to wait and see what happens.

CaroLiza_fan

The Provisional Entry List for the second round of the 2021 Challenger Series, the Autumn Classic, was released on Tuesday, and Marilena is down to be making the journey to Pierrefonds, Québec.

The event will be happening from 16th – 19th September.

I'll post more details when they become available nearer the time.

Still no word about Stefania in the Junior GP Series. However, I suspect that we will be hearing something very soon, because her ISU Bio was created this morning:

http://www.isuresults.com/bios/isufs00111374.htm

According to it, her Short Programme will be to "La Cena" by Ennio Morricone; and her Free Skate will be to a medley of pieces from the "Matilde" soundtrack, by Marco Beltrami.

I also finally found out her age. She is 13 (born at the end of October 2007). Although I admit that for a long time I thought that she was a few years younger, seeing her year of birth comfirmed as 2007 does make me feel old!

I have updated her OP at the start of this thread accordingly.

In addition, this morning I finally completed updating all the OP's at the start of this thread. (It took a brave while to do now that there are 18 OP's!)

So, I hope you like them.

CaroLiza_fan

Whole pile of updates.

Firstly, Stefania will now be making her Junior GP debut at the penultimate round, the Baltic Cup.

From what I can tell from the Announcement PDF's fo the various Junior GP's, Cyprus was always down for a Ladies slot in Gdańsk. So, unless they are given an extra slot at the Cup Of Austria to make up for the missed Courchevel slot, that means we will not be seeing Ekaterina in a Junior GP this season. 😞

So, let's hope the ISU show some understanding.

Angelina and Ilia will also be competing at the Baltic Cup. They were originally down to do their second Junior GP in Krasnoyarsk, but that has now been changed. And I am kinda relieved, because it is never idea doing back-to-back competitions.

Speaking of Angelina and Ilia, they will be kicking off their season this morning in Košice. I posted all the details in their own thread yesterday. But, to update the times:

The Short Dance starts in 4 hours from now.
Angelina and Ilia start in 4h 30m from now.

Of course, those of us that have been watching the Junior Grand Prix series so far will have already seen Angelina and Ilia on many occasions. Because they are featured in the montage that is being shown at the start of every segment!

Here is the link to the montage as a standalone video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRQEx61utRg

And here is the direct link to Angelina and Ilia's clip:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRQEx61utRg&t=52

I really enjoyed that programme.

Looking forward to seeing what they have for us this season!

Now the big news. The Provisional Entry List for the Nebelhorn Trophy was released yesterday.

Emilea is entered, with Marilena as substitute.

I did wonder why Emilea was not entered for the Autumn Classic alongside Marilena. But, it didn't twig with me that it was the week before the Nebelhorn. So, everything makes sense now.

Have to be honest, I was kinda hoping that Angelina and Ilia would also be going to Oberstdorf. So, I am disappointed that they are not.

Nevertheless, what an opportunity for Cypriot Ladies skating. Fighting to qualify for the Olympics.

I wish Emilea all the best.

CaroLiza_fan

Now that the dust has settled on the fantastic result in the Autumn Classic, it is time to get back to business.

Firstly, Marilena is on the Provisional Entry List for the fifth round of the Challenger Series, the Asian Open Trophy in Beijing.

Yes, as in the Olympic Test Event.

I was surprised to find that there is actually due to be quite a large contingent of skaters travelling from America to the Asian Open. Indeed, Marilena will have four of her Skating Club Of Boston team-mates with her - Ashley Lin (CHN) and Gabriella Izzo (USA) in Ladies; Jimmy Ma (USA) in Men; and Audrey Lu (USA) in Pairs.

Emilea will be competing at the Nebelhorn Trophy this week, attempting to qualify Cyprus for a slot at the Olympics for the first time.

The Ladies SP kicks off today at 17:00:00 CEST (09:00:00 EDT / 15:00:00 GMT / 16:00:00 BST / 18:00:00 EEST). So 10 hours from now.

Emilea will be the 16th skater to start. So, first to go in Group 4.

The Group 4 Warm-Up is due to start at 19:09:30 CEST (11:09:30 EDT / 17:09:30 GMT / 18:09:30 BST / 20:09:30 EEST). So 11h 9m from now.

Emilea is due to start at 19:16:00 CEST (11:16:00 EDT / 17:16:00 GMT / 18:16:00 BST / 20:16:00 EEST). So 11h 16m from now.

But, those times may change if somebody that is due on before her withdraws.

:cheer: ALL THE BEST EMILEA!!! :cheer:

With all the excitement that was happening last week, I never got the chance to post that the Provisional Entry Lists had been released for the last Junior Grand Prix, the Cup Of Austria, and there will be no Cypriot representation in Ladies after all.

Consequently, Stefania will have one Junior GP this season, and Ekaterina will have none. :disapp:

All because the French won't recognise vaccines that are not being used in France.

At this week's Junior Grand Prix, the Ljubljana Cup, Nikita will be making his first competitive appearance for Spain with his new Ice Dance partner, Sofía Val.

The Short Dance is not until tomorrow afternoon. So, I will post the details later on when I do my report about Emilea's Nebelhorn SP.

I can't remember if I posted about it in here or not, but I have created a separate thread for the partnership between Sofía and Nikita:

https://www.goldenskate.com/forum/threads/88896

So, I will be posting my reports about how they get on in their own thread. Just like I do with Angelina and Ilia when they have competitions.
