Suggestion for treating quotes

This is just a suggestion. I noticed that if you wrap "html" around code, than the window that occures as a result only takes up a certain number of lines (which is scrollable). I think it would be beneficial to have something similar for "quotes" - sometimes threads become less readable because of full quotes in them. Let me illustrate what I mean:
