He says he has tenosynovitis on his left ankle due to pressure from his boots and hasn't been able to train properly at this important time (3-4 weeks) before a competition.
This is the first time he's had to withdraw from a competition and is very disappointed.
He'll do his best to show up at the next competition in a healthy state.

I hope it's not too bad and that he can skate at CoR, only if he's healthy of course.
