Tatiana Volosozhar & Maxim Trankov

Damn. Am I the only one who likes his beard? Granted, I like bearded men, but I think he pulls it off well... :D

I like his hair too! Judge me, I don't mind haha

He should go back to his 2013 Look. Clean-shaven Max is the best Max. :p

I guess I just enjoy the werewolf look on guys, because I also liked his mustache during Sochi. I'm weird!

Wow, that woman(?) is very forward indeed. Most of us are attracted to Max, but it's one thing to admire from afar and another to ask for a one night stand on "the eve of their marriage".

Thank you for that translation borzaya, it's always so interesting to find out little bits and pieces of their history especially through Mozer. I have to admit I smiled when I read she didn't want to change Max for who he was! It must have been such a shock to him to have come into a caring and skilled team like that- no wonder they are where they are now!
Speaking of which, has anyone else noticed Max has been getting really emotional on instagram lately? He's been haring all of these small stories/histories and thoughts about their programs over the years  I think the approaching wedding is causing him so be all nostalgic and adorable

Devochka- I hear your point. i too love men with a little bit of facial hair.. the thing is that he's never had one for so long, so it's getting a bit boring now. I loved his Sochi beard too, though i have to say this one is my favorite! - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGz1wI5kr7g

YES! Thank you for understanding my struggle KinoriH! I was feeling quite dismayed and alone in the world; all the "against-the-beard" comments on his Instagram can really bring a beard lovin' girl down.

Thanks for the translation Borzaya!

I totally agree with you, aceiel. Max looks so happy and so inlove because of the up-coming wedding.

Devochka, you're not alone ^^
I'm a beard girl too and I don't see anything wrong if Maxim keeps his for the wedding as long as he grooms it well. :)

And aceiel, yes it's just adorable to see him get all nostalgic on IG.

I'm sure he'll clean it up a bit, but you never really know with Maxim! He's a rebel in heart and soul.

Agreed aceiel! I look forward to his nostalgic posts, you can almost feel the words he is expressing, so beautiful and real.

Actually I am now starting to hope he won't shave it off completely for the wedding... a nice, well groomed beard can look pretty good and it's a very unique look that fits his jawline.
I think it'll make him look a bit more like a man- because he has that youthful face that often makes him look like a teenager.. (not in a bad way of course)

Ladies and gents it looks like he's back on Twitter @xam_trankov, cant wait to see where this takes us! (To be honest im not sure of the details exactly why he deleted/took a hiatus from the site in the first place if im honest! I haven't been in the fanbase for a very long time and I all know is that he can be a bit... impulsive on social media ahaha - but im sure he'll have matured a little by now.... maybe :p )

can another fan who speaks russian translate max's project 5 posts? would be so grateful because i would like to know what he sharing. 10x

Some of Max's sweet reminiscences about their programs in his IG ;) :

"There are magical moments in this or that performance – for example, when we were skating to Rakhmaninov, live performed by Katya Buniatishvili, my heart always missed a beat at the sight of this mist above the ice, as if we were characters of a fairy tale and there was no one else around… Only the music of fairytale beauty, and Tanya of fairytale beauty, and the magic of the ice…"

"One Man's Dream" by Yanni. The story of this program… Oberstdorf, Nebelhorn Trophy 2013. The very beginning of the season, we and our whole team were working like mad to prepare for the first competition, it was so important to win, to begin the season with the win. And here was the gold, a sigh of relief, the pleasant tiredness… And the question at the press conference about the gala program. And we had none! We had been too busy to do it. There was only the collection of music in my IPhone… And just in a morning we cooked up a program from what we had, and to get a feel of it was very easy – because she is my dream, my Tanya. "

"Benedictus" by 2 CELLOS. When we got the music, for which we were to skate at the Art On Ice 2013, we had a mixed reaction to it. When I heard it, I exclaimed that it's only good for lulling the audience to sleep. Eventually, it was settled by chance. This music played as a background at the rink when we were preparing to the Euros and skating a part of our free program, and we unconsciously began to perform to this background music. When we finished, we skated up to our coach and saw that Nina Mikhailovna was watching as if spell-bound, and when asked what's up, she said that we didn't even need to stage this program! So, we not only saved time, but prepared this program for the World championship 2013, which we won and punctuated our "golden season" with it. And when skating this program to the live performance, we could feel for the first time the difference between the live music and the audio record, feeling how the audience held their breath, and we were also submerged into fascination trance by the cello virtuosos of 2 Cellos.
