What would you like them to see here, in their own fan thread? If we profess to be really their fans, should we not act in their best interest, be encouraging and positive? All that is, of course, if one is in truth their fan.

I'm looking forward to seeing their programs in competition! I first saw Tatiana and Maxim during the Olympics, so this is my first time waiting to see them compete. I'm sure they'll win easily, but I still feel a bit nervous for them. Just anticipation nerves, I'm sure. :)
 
Wow, that flip looked huge! I hope they can get it like that in competition.

I'm in Australia, so it will be the middle of the night for me when they compete. To stay awake or not to stay awake, that is the question...
 
That flip was absolutely beautiful! Does anyone know if there is a streaming website for it? I may be willing to wait up depending on the day :cheer:

Yes it is. I literally cannot wait for their SP today.. i think i might have a mini heart attack before the flip. Lol

Me too! If the flip is as big and clean as it looks in that practice clip, it'll be a 'wow' moment. But I'll be crossing my fingers the whole time!

Funny thing that I wasn't a fan once they formed a pair b/c I was a fan of his pair with Maria @ that time & thought I could never get beind Tati/Max. I actually wished them to fail
I was stupid to say the least :biggrin:

They definitely got me interested in pairs skating! I've always enjoyed watching figure skating ever since I was a kid and watched a grainy TV documentary on Torvill and Dean (I grew up dancing ballet, so I was obsessed with anything vaguely dance related), but I wasn't able to watch figure skating regularly since I live in Australia and figure skating only really gets broadcast here during the Olympics, so my figure skating exposure was limited to that and occasionally watching random videos on Youtube. I saw V/T during the Olympics and loved them as well as Lipnitskaya. Then much later in the year I was bored and I thought "hey, I'll watch a figure skating video." First video I saw was V/T's Olympic free skate, which reminded me how much I loved watching them in February. Long story short, I ended up marathoning videos of their past programs, then ended up in a Google spiral which brought me to their instagrams, and well, here I am. So thanks, Tatiana and Maxim, for being my gateway into the world of figure skating!

Can't wait to see their programs in competition...

Wow – FINALLY an interview I can understand and where I can see a bit more of Tatiana’s personality! She speaks English so SWEETLY, like a delicate little bird. She such a dear soul – how could anyone help but fall in love with her? And Max, sincere and serious as he often is about their objectives, “talks business” on this occasion. I hope so much that they do well – they look at the top of their game…
