Well it looks like the smart people come here. Where I previously got those ideas though I think the poll would look quite different. By the way I voted for "none of the above".

When he skates well enough to deserve it in comparison to the others who are skating, he will. He didn't skate well enough this time, and Evan did, regardless of your "overrated" opinion" (in so many ways).

I think Lambiel has a shot at gold and a good chance to medal, so I didn't choose the first choice of the poll.

Though I think Lysacek has a decent shot a medal, I don't think he is an overwhelming favorite to medal. That's why I couldn't choose the second choice, but he certainly has a shot.

And I disagree with choices three and four, so "none of the above" it is.

I have voted for "none of the above" because the choices are too special, and somehow limited
Evan Lysacek shows a lot of promise, but he has to wait for the others to fail until he can medal, IMO. Lambiel might go for the gold, sure, but this means that at least Plushenko is out due to injury. I agree with PrincessLeppard, even an injured Plushy is a strong contender for gold. Personnally, I count on Brian Joubert to return strong next season. Johnny Weir was excellent during the GP series (there, I agree with Anke), so if he manages to save some of his force until Olys, he'll medal, IMO.

Naw just one who has logic. Lots of people disagree with me strongly, yet their opinions still have much merit. Forcing the opinion on people that Lysacek is a potential Oly gold medalist and probable medalist on the other hand well, while the much superior Lambiel is not well.......
