Four is the minimum suspected. Yours is also all unsubstantiated opinion.
Neither sides have enough evidence. We don't know what goes on behind that table. But with preceding cases of "foot-tapping" and attempts to collude (Ukranian judge caught on tape trying to collude with Canadian judge), the picture doesn't look so spot-clean. It is questionable, at least, how the ex-banned judge and the wife of the Russian Federation president got to sit on the panel. I'm sure there are other perfectly competent judges out there who could've done the job.
