www.icechampions.com has some very nice ones. My favorites are the Johnny Weir montage, Gordeeva and Grinkov montage, and lots of the other ones are great too.

Hmm. Icechampions dot com seems to be out of business, and the domain name is available for sale. Maybe they just forgot to renew in time. (?) (I heard on MK Forum that Cruella de Kwan is going out of business, too -- another great video site).
