Wagner vs. Nagasu: Who's the better skater?

Both Ashley Wagner and Mirai Nagasu seem to have gotten their season off to a good start. In your opinion, who is the better skater overall at this point?

Being clear, I think they are both amazing.
That said, I think Mirai is the better skater. But I think Ashley is the better "competitor"

It would seem so. Mirai and Ashley have both won short programs this GP season, but Nagasu did it with a much higher score. So far, she is the only American to have scored above 60 in the SP in a GP event.
IMO, IF Mirai skates perfectly she will be going to Vancouver for sure and probably be the American champ. Same thing for Czisny although she will probably have to amazing for the judges to give her the benefit of the doubt this time.
However, Ashley and Rachael are so much more consistent it's hard to imagine that one or both of them will not end up prevailing.

Ashley is setting herself up to be the reliable one. Short program at last year's nationals was her biggest high profile stumble which made us "forget" her, but look out. The one with less pressure (no prior national title, etc) could be the one who performs.

That Ashley's reliable, yes. But Mirai has more unfulfilled potential IMO. The question here is, if they were both to skate to the best of their potential, who wins? I think it's Mirai. Her speed, her spins ... Ashley's no slouch on those elements either of course.
how great would it be to see both of them at their first Olympics.
