I doubt it, she said in an interview not too long ago that the success rate isn't too good. But we'll see.


Anyway, the most important part for me: I love that SP! It's powerful, energetic and a real stand-out form most programs. It suits her perfectly. I couldn't be happier with it

I don't think I've said here yet how much I loved her SP? The step sequence was amazing and soooo sassy. Gorgeous dress, lovely performance and amazing musical timing on that high kick after the 2A. :luv17: Good luck for the FS, Wakaba!

It's sooo pretty. Love when skaters have hair accessories that complements their costumes. I can't wait when she buns up her hair.

LOVED the costume!!! A beautiful shade and the purple accents are on point. Step sequence was amazing (praise those shoulder shimmies!!) and her 2A was just so so good. Cannot wait for the free because Skyfall is such a powerful song and I'm already in love with the small bits we have seen so far of it.

By the way, Li'Kitsu, your new avatar of Wakaba is amazing. She is so pretty.

Finally gonna get to see Skyfall tonight... I haven't been this excited in a long time...

Skyfall did not disappoint! Staying up until 2 am was so worth it.

My heart was jumping out of my chest when she took the ice. And with each jumping pass I got even more excited and when I saw that footwork sequence I couldn't contain myself anymore and started crying happy tears!

Kind of disappointed with the program. Love the beginning and the end. But once the Adele sequence starts, I wish she'd kept it as an instrumental sequence of Skyfall. Maybe it's being exposed to Adele a bit too much lately, or maybe it's just that her vocals are too powerful, but for me I think the middle sequence of the music completely distracts from the performance.

Other than that, I love the consistency, and love how she tries to sell the program, along with that sliding on the ice at the end just like Hanyu does. I just hope as the season progresses, this program will grow on me just like Let's Go Crazy did for me gradually last season. And I await the triple Axel if it is dropping this season.

What marvelous outing!! Hope it gives her confidence, and I believe she is just getting warmed up. She can do better!!

I LOVE her mysterious femme fatale Bond FS program so much... good enough to ignore her other bombastic SP lol... (sorry just not my cup of tea even though the judges don't seem to mind.)

She is, she is She was always such a cutie, but she has grown into such a beautiful young woman. And her get-up in both programs is on point as well, she's beautiful and I think even a bit sexy in the LP, but super classy. Just amazing!

Haha, that was how I felt too. And the LP didn't disappoint me! I just looooooove that squat, and her StSq/ChSq was amazing again. Powerful, sensual, dramatic. Perfect for her!

And tbh I've been a bit disappointed with programs/program choices overall this season, including a lot of my faves, so Wakaba having 2 programs I already want to re-watch again and again just makes me so happy. Scoring and judging and placements and all aside, most of all I'm happy I have something I really, really want to watch. I can't wait for CoR :luv17:
