I've just listened to the song they picked for the short and I think it's so fitting for Wakaba! Has she performed it at Dreams on Ice? If so, will we get a video?

Dang she’s selling it!! I really liked the PYT part the best but she’s got some serious MJ moves.

Kind of excited but dreading at the same time. No injuries please!! No compromise on choreography also pls if possible.
I LOVE the new SP music choice. Different and inspired. Shae-Lynne Bourne is the best choreographer working right now.

Last Monday I went to the mini show, “Jingu Figure Skate Club Ice show”:luv17:

It was not a competition, but they all rooted for me, so I could stake comfortably.
This music is livening up more and more. I need to speed up to catch it up. Otherwise, I can lose to the music. So, I’m practicing hard.
Step sequence is in the last part. It’s very tough. I’m trying to keep dancing even after I get tired. I want to make it possible before the start of the season.
The ice show was for about 45 minutes with only stand-room ticket (310 yen!). The audience, about 200 people, was different from usual ice shows/competitions in Japan. Most of them were families with small children, who wanted to skate after the show.
Anyway, Wakaba’s SP, Energia, was a really cool program, and fits her very well.:dance:
I heard she asked SLB to make a program with a lot of dance movements like Ashley Wagner’s.
Which Ashley’s program did Wakaba imagine..? Hip Hip Chin Chin?
I can't wait to seeing its progress! Go Wakaba!!

This article says..There were two candidates fo Wakaba’s FS music.
“Hymne a l'amour” and the other one, in the genre that she has skated with before.
Wakaba preferred the other one, but Yuka Sato told her “If you skate fully with “Hymne a l'amou”, you can grow.”
So, Wakaba thought “If it doesn’t go well, I can just change the music!” Now she prepared herself for it.
Honestly, I cannot imagine Wakaba skating with this music, but I'm expecting her new adventure. :agree:
