What impresses me is that she manages to appropriate a program that is used a lot without making copies. I hope she will keep it for the whole season and not just for PIW.

The short clips I've seen of her new EX make me want to see more! :love: She really knows how to inhabit music and express herself through it.

The fact that she did 2A-3T and 3T I wonder if she will include them in his free program instead of the second 3lz-3T and thus leave room for a 3A?

Yes! Sadly I don’t have a twitter account (although i go there to get info too) to thank them directly but thanks for everyone who reports this!

More than her long program, i’m excited to see what her jump layout would be for SP if she have her 3A. If she can have a 3A, 3Lz3Lo, and maybe 3F (if this layout is possible), then she would really be highly competitive technically.

me too, unfortunately
for her jump layout it would indeed be grandiose, especially since it has been reproduced recently, but I do not know if it will include it in future programs.

if she can not repair her 3F it is better that she does not include in her SP I do not know about the LP.

She says she will practice 3A during the summer so I hope it will be consistent by then I can not wait to see what it will look like :).

Wakaba is finally the Japanese n1 I know that it will not last but I savor this moment she to work so hard this season that I am happy to see her 4th in the WS and 3rd in the SB.

I wonder why this year Wakaba do not do Fantasy on ice and The Ice she is a world medalist who should increase its popularity but no matter.

Hey, it might! I agree it will be very hard to grab that Japanese °1 spot from Satoko, and all of Kaori, Mai, probably Rika K, Mako... want it too. But Waka has everything she needs to be Japanese °1. If she continues to improve like she did last season, stays consistent throughout with a bit more "delivering when it counts like at WC and not like at GPF"... she can do it. Especially if she really does go for the 3A and gets it. Hard task, but not impossible!

Regarding Ice Shows: I'm relatively happy she isn't doing that many. They can be quite exhusting and are taking time away skaters might be able to invest in other things (*cough* like practicing a new jump *cough*). Ofc if they want to, they should do all the ice shows ever, but this might have been Wakas decision to have time for other things.

that's all i want her to keep this first place because she deserves . hoping she keeps this dynamic as with her MJ Ex.

It was just a question i asked myself when i saw Kaori's , Mai , Rika K and Satoko name , but from this point of view you're right it's your best for her to preserve herself for the coming season ,

especially since last year in May / June she was already preparing her programs, costumes, jumps ect
 
Too risky to have both 3A and 3lz-3lo in SP. Would maybe more wise to try to improve her spins and add more transitions to jumps. Someone like Medvedeva never needed super difficult jumps elements to have high scores, her GOEs are just insane. Wakaba have to try to improve her GOEs.
 
Her rotational speed isn’t as fast as she was in junior. I don’t think 3lz3lo is advisable and practical at this point.
