Jenny and Fedor were never a couple - they tried to do pairs for a bit, but Jenny was with Evan (they have since broken up) and Fedor was, and still is, with Tanith Belbin, and they've been together for quite a while (she even said "Hi Fedor, I love you" or something like that in the K&C at worlds, and was shown on the jumbotron watching him compete at Canadians this past year)

Oops, sorry, you are right. Wrong pretty girl, my bad.

This proves that Sasha and Garrett were a couple?
I seriously doubt it. There are actually very few male skaters that Sasha Cohen hasn't been photographed with. Every guy wants to have his picture taken with the "cute chick." Click HERE to see a metaphoric shot of Will and Grace.

Timmy G was seen at TEB this year with significant other, who was not female...and not trying to hide the fact.

If this is true, can you give me some sort of proof? Like a picture.

Of course it's true, why do you need photos? I don't think it's a big news. It's been known forever. Which is why a lot of people were miffed with Michael Weiss's "blatant display of heterosexuality" - "Look at me, I am such a manly man! look at my wife! Look at my kids!" - it seemed that he was always to differentiate himself in this way from some of his other competitors.

Good for Timmy. No reason to be ashamed and hide your significant others, just b/c some others are close minded..

As far as Oliver and Isabelle, I could've sworn that the Isabelle in question is his real on ice partner. I to recall reading the IFS article. Those two must look a lot alike. I got to dig out that issue and look again. Thanks for the correction.

So what?

I really can't tell whether Tim is gay or not. Other than being emotional, he certainly doesn't openly carry himself in a manner that would scream that he is gay. If he is, then he is very discrete.

I always thought he was straight. If Tim is gay who cares? Most gay men I have known aren't like Rudy Galindo, anyways. And are irritated by the stereotype.

I think people should judge people soley on how they are as a person. I have met a LOT of jerks who were straight and fewer who were gay.

Canadian ice dancer Victor Kraatz married Finish ice dancer, Maikki Uotila

Canadian pair skater Isabelle Brasseur married American pair skater, Rocky Marvel

American singles/pair skater Kristy Yamaguchi married hockey player Bret Hadican

Canadain pair skater Kris Wirtz married his pair partner Kristy Sargent

Russian pair skater Oleg Protopopov married his pair partner, Ludmila Belousova

German pair skater Ingo Stauer, at one time dated his pair partner, Mandy Woetzel

That looks more like...Jack and Karen!

As for Tim, who cares? Rudy Galindo said in his book that most male skaters are not gay. Fewer skaters are gay than one would think, but higher percentage than general population.

If one makes this type of assumption, then why don't people think that female police officers and fire fighters are gay?

Who cares as long as they are decent human beings?

I don't care if a skater is gay or straight- plus I don't think this should turn into a full scale argument and all in risk of the thread being closed and all you know. Anyway, STL_Blues_Fan I forgive you for that silly mistake and Olvier's wife doesn't look like Isabelle since the wife in question is blonde. ;p

Anyway does anyone know if Andrei Maksimishin is single? There has been word that he is seeing his coaches daughter's partner Ilia Tkachenko.

The problem with the 'gay' thing is that the posters are dying to know whether one is or one isn't, and it carries a subtle but negative connotation to the mystery.

If it truly doesn't matter whether Tim is gay or not, why should it even be mentioned?

I can imagine it would be very hard to have a serious relationship and be so busy training and traveling to competitions.

Johnny Weir has said recently that he is dating someone who lives in Boston. Not sure if they are in skating but I am sure that they don't have a lot of opportunities to see each other

Does anyone know why Jenny and Evan broke up? Was it just a case of young love fizzling out? Just Wondering.

I don't think anyone has mentioned Rocky Marval/Marvel (not sure of spelling) & Isabelle Brasseur.

She's an ice dancer on the second-ranked French team. She skates with Fabien Bourzat, and they are coached by Muriel Zazoui.

Pechelat/Bourzat have skated very well this year to a Free Dance to Les Miz. They finished 5th at TEB and Cup of Russia, finishing within 4 points of Matthews/Zavozin at TEB with a 5th-place finish in the FD, and a little over 4 points behind Gregory/Petukhov at CoR, having placed above G/P (4th) in the OD.

They were 19th at Worlds last year, but so far this year have beaten two teams that were higher than they at Moscow, Watanabe/Kido and Grebenkina/Azrojan. They are having a very solid year so far.
