Why I Hate My Cable Co.

On Friday, my cable went off at 3:00 pm. I was not able to report it until I got home from work around 5:00 pm My internet server was also down as it comes as a pkg. deal with my cable. I assumed everything was going to be fixed on Sat. Therefore I set my video tape to record the GP final for Sat and Sun. After about six phone calls, I was told it would take up to 72 hours to fix the problem! Needless to say my taping did not happen! I was so angry! I managed to tape the mens and ladies freeskate on Sun. at a friends. That was just barely by a fluke. It is now Monday, and my cable is still not fixed. I am accessing the internet through my old dial up service. I finally got hold of my cable co. and asked for the supervisor plus I threatened to cancel my account. Guess what they are now going to fix my cable problem on Monday, the 29th after 5:00 pm!

I don't know if it works there but most people don't know that if they ask for it, they won't be charged for the days they don't have service. Of course, having the service when there's skating on is much more important. Call them and tell them to deduct those days from your bill and see what happens. I sure do.

I know what you mean................ On days I hate my dish network too..........
On other days I hate the local ABC station because they do not carry the skating programs
