I added you to the list. Enjoy!:hap10:

I know your feelings!. I confess that when I saw him live at competitions I could not think of other things than yuzu before two hours from his performance. My stomach ached and I had no appetite. (BTW, I always feel that when he gets on the ice, it’s like a moving jewelry!)
Further, I hope so much he’ll achieve nice performances as he wishes. I was in the venue at NHK SP (106 point, it was the beginning of his journey of breaking WR). When he finished (it was a first clean SP at big competitions), we got crazy and the venue shook with joy. Further, the new record point was announced… Yuzu was fiercely moved like a kid… I really wish he can bring magical moments like this, or more than that at Boston. :yahoo:
Anyway, have a good time at Boston! You have the precious opportunity.

Thank you hamaguri!

I believe that Yuzu is willing to stretch himself now, because he has the ultimate goal of the Olympics in 2018 (and that is coming up quick!). He has such vision and totally fearless!!:hap10:

but is he going to do 4S3T in SP too ?

If he does 4t and 4s in the SP, then the 3t must be done after the 4t. The risk of zayaking is too high if he does 4s3t and 4t. If he pops 4t into 3t, he would get no credit for the popped 3t.

I don't think he would have any problems with his LP. I think the SP is a bigger risk. Based on his past performances, he has never had a clean SP at worlds. He has always had some issue with the 4t in the SP of every WC he competed in the last four years. His performance pattern is the same every season since he turned senior, regardless of his mental or physical conditions. (His performance pattern is crazily consistent.) I hope he can break his pattern.

He finally broke the pattern of the Quad sal choreographic fall. I think he's in a good enough spiral to make it in Boston. Even if the layout changes worry me a bit.

he had never had 2 clean performances back to back, this year he had four. He had never been healthy at WC before, so I really hope this pattern of sp will be ruined as well, he talked the same with Arakawa.

I meant his performance pattern as 2 sub-par competitions (first GP is always bad) followed by 2 good competitions, then 1 slump (decent SP with bad LP) followed one comeback competition (with a less clean SP but strong LP), not specifically landing any jumps. (This is the same every season. His peaks come in waves.) Sooner or later, he will land the jumps he couldn't land in the past. The two back-to-back clean competitions is the 2 good competitions he has mid-season.

The SP is a mental game. It's not about whether he is healthy or not.

Anyway, I'm not trying to get everyone worried. I think if he can get good enough score in the SP, he will win.

Think positive people :handw:.
Yes please!

I don't think Yuzuru could be in a better mental condition than this year. He has everything to be confident.
He had problems with his SP but do not forget how many records he broke in this exercise.
It's not like he's a headcase.

Hello everyone! I couldn't resist from posting any more! I hope all of you attending the competition are going to have a wonderful time, most of all thanks to Yuzu's performance too.

I read up on the change and though at first I got more anxious, I am weirdly calm now. I am not even sure why but maybe because I think he must be in a good state of mind, and health, with this happening. He believes in himself and I feel like I have to follow then. Fingers and toes crossed, sending positive thoughts his way.

OMG, OMG, Official practice begins soon!:hpull:

It’s special TV on March 28 (Yuzu part only: about 20 minutes)
NHK, Nationals, meeting Tsuduki-sensei (cute!), interview at Toronto (two weeks ago), Brian,…
New film seems to be included. :)
