The order 4Lz->4F->4A actually makes a lot of sense. Skaters don't go straight from loops to Axels when learning single jumps, so if anything, getting his 4Lz back then moving on to the flip would probably help with the Axel, assuming his ankle holds out.

People actually say that?! If anything, it is good he stays as the motivation. At the end of the day this is a sport and athletes need to earn success themselves... Noone is in anyone’s way and if they want it enough they have to work for it.

Possibly silly question, but what is that adorable sideways-v-sign-on-either-side-of-one-eye pose that Yuzu does a lot? Is it just some cute thing he made up, or is it a common photo-taking pose in Japan or something from a TV show/anime/celebrity/etc.?

I got a faculty position in a very good university, I am a Professor now If you want to do a PhD in "Theoretical and Computational Chemistry" in US, don't hesitate to contact me

I again feel how different his voice sounds when he is not talking with a mic in hand, in front of cameras. To me, his natural voice sounds much cooler than the polite, soft tone that he adopts in interviews.

I don't know where that comes from, but it is like a cute pose young boys and girls often do in photo-taking in Japan
