Thanks @Yude for the translations.
Yuzu really checks things online and I am happy he acknowledge all the fan arts. People pour lots of effort on it.
He may seem frail but does not want to be bossed around. It would be interesting to see the side of him.
So sad for Masquerade though, but thank you for rhe beautiful program.

yude, thank you so much for reporting on the interview!

Oh man, I hear him about having to put 150% into things that everyone else puts 70% into and then being exhausted, even too exhausted to eat sometimes. That happens to me because of my vision problems. It feels like 150% of the reward/satisfaction afterward, though. :) Hopefully it's the same for Yuzu.

I didn't know he hates English that much, but I totally understand why. I'm so grateful that I'm a native speaker, because I don't know if I could learn it as a second language. It just makes no sense! Especially compared to such an orderly language as Japanese.

Yuzu, if you're reading this, I speak Japanese in my dreams with you.

I also really, really want to know what kind of 口調 (tone of voice/word choice) and pronouns Shae-Lynn and Jeff have/use in Japanese in Yuzu's dreams...

Thank you yude!!!

From the sound of things, he really doesn't want his fans to worry (so thoughful...) but given his pure extra-ness even in shows and rehearsals, worrying is not going to stop any time soon. How any fans since Sochi 12, let alone Worlds 12, have any hair left is a mystery...

I think the way Yuzuru implies something in his quotes is unique. He never says "don't do this, don't do that" to the fans, but he just shows what he thinks and feels.

I've heard that Toyama TV (maybe news program?) will report FaOI's rehearsal live during their broadcast. Time flies, I can't believe it is the last stop already :drama:

Don't worry once its out a kind soul will share the link here.
And surely it will be flooding twitter.

There will be 30841395762847 copies of it on twitter and instagram before we can blink (okay okay I am exaggerating, 30841395762846 -and-a-half)

Thank you for this insight. I think that as fans in our words and actions, we should be sensitive to take our cue from him: the kind of person he is and the values he represents.

You all are told many things whether they are true or not. I keep causing you troubles, but you are protecting me. I also want to protect you.

This is addressed to us his fans, right? The thing is the way he is--dauntless and ambitious, always pushing the envelope--is why I am a fan and also why he
also "keeps causing me troubles." But I would not have it any other way. Among other things, he is the stuff of great literature, and when he makes another comeback from defeat or yet another injury (Dear Lord, please no more), I invariably think of these lines: " Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will/To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield." How can you not want to protect someone like that?

Not even slightly... and is that the bowling shirt? Whose idea was it to put skating's angelic peacock in a bowling shirt?????

Bring back the sequins! :drama: I've been fully converted. Years ago, I did not care for frills, but now, give me frills and sequins.

The next time anyone complains about Yuzu's sartorial splendours and calls for plain and 'manly', we now have the perfect weapon of defence (we might keep quiet about the fact that he proves every practice session that he would rock plain slim black better than every. other. skater. in. the. world..... :laugh2:

But ...But i actually thinks Yuzu looks absolutely gorgeous in that photo..But which costume has he ever failed to look good in? He rocks frills and sequins no other male skater can....He rocks simple black training outfit better than all other male skaters too

Thank you! Okay, Yuzu somehow makes the shirt look pretty good, especially when he is glowing. I admit, the clip with the fall made me actually shudder at first both for how it looked and how much we kow he suffered for it... but seeing the beeeyootiful 4Lz (yes, I'm totally biased), his pride and happiness and everyone - everyone - rushing to "mass hug"... it was lovely.

I actually like his full black training outfit more than most of his costumes. So, I will have my defense - Yuzuru looks manly, handsome and all that accentuates masculinity in the plain black. Hehehe
