I was looking at then older threads up to 15,000 in 2015 and more in 2017. No wonder the mods had to break up the threads. It doesn’t get as much traffic like before now that a lot of fans went over to the other website.

Over the weekend, I hope to do a digital painting of the new costumes.

Although they left but lots of newer fans joined. It's actually refreshing when I see new fans discuss about things that we had discussed 3 years ago :laugh:

As I said in another thread today, Origin is packed with imagery and layers of meaning ('mere tribute' indeed!!!) which, once he gets it the way he wants and clean, is going to reward endless patient study. Like Seimei, which for me is a piece of art even apart from its calibre as a sporting achievement.

Not that I'm biased or gushingly OTT, oh nonononono....yes.

(ps - congrats everyone on 3000! Just wait till season really kicks in)

My gosh 2015 thread is nearly impossible to revise lol. Yes, I'm glad that Yuzu fans still remained in GS and let other skating fans know of his latest news. [emoji38]

I am sure a lot of fans that moved to the other website still lurks here. It's just much easier to discuss Yuzu over there, given its a forum dedicated to him only. Both Golden Skate and PH temporarily crashed just before Yuzu was going to skate his SP. It was no coincidence - everyone was trying to access both forums at the same time and both servers couldn't cope :laugh:. Goes to show the scary amount of Hanyu fans. If PH didn't exist, we might need to have 2018-2019 thread part 2 by now.
 
I joined both at pretty much the same time... can never have enough of Yuzu, plus the other men.... :luv17:
 
Does anyone have the link to the English textbook materials or reading passage on Yuzuru that was made for teaching purposes? I remember seeing them floating around before but I can’t find them.

Nice! Seeing your artwork, the image of Origin Yuzu as a dark/fire type pokemon and Otonal as water/ice type pokemon flashes in my head :laugh:

They still lurk? Wow.. Maybe to keep tabs on the GS yuzu fans haha. I kind of think of the Yuzu thread on GS as a summarized version of PH. We talk way less, but we highlight all the really important details here in a shortened version.

I think I guessed blue for short and black n gold for free. I don’t remember 😂

The people on twitter who left here lurks. So I wouldn’t be surprised if PH members lurks too. I’m guessing to make sure no misinformation about Yuzu is spread.😂

Oh that is gorgeous!!!!

I have decided after careful study (more of which can happily keep me out of mischief for the next few weeks too) that I do love the Otonal costume and the program/promise nearly as much as Origin....

As for which I like better, because I can see the finished shape of Otonal better at the moment, it's my favorite for now. ;)
