He still hobbled over to greet Kazuki and Moris and they both reached out to help him up my heart

https://twitter.com/norakuro008/status/1064118938810765314 This is the sweetest part. Kazuki and Morisi were so kind.
https://twitter.com/hookedonskating/status/1064120216710512640 Here is Kazuki Stealing Yuzu's flowers and gifts! Joke, he's taking them to the rink-side for Yuzu.

Even with crutches I can say that he really want to make the audiences/supporters happy. That's why you can see him somehow tell Morisi and Kazuki to make a round while his pointing them with his crutche. Such an adorable person he is :clapper::love:

He really is a remarkable person. The sport and us are blessed to have him❤️

Agree :agree: I feel like I am destined to be his fan since I accidentally encounter his name. He continue to make great impact on the sports.

Yagudin's reaction was such a welcome and heartwarming surprise. I never in my life expected him to cheer and worry for a skater, who pays tribute to his fiercest rival...
I think, Yagudin saw himself a bit in Yuzu yesterday and his never ending fight against injuries. He is one of those few top-athletes, who can feel Yuzu's pain and frustration very well (reflecting on his own career...)

I don't think this is a surprise. If anyone has chance to see Yuzuru live probably enjoys the opportunity .. Otherwise when Patrick Chan competed Alexei was cheering for him in Russian media. But I have a suspicion he did it because Plushenko already supported Yuzuru then. This is a neverending rivalry, hostility I'm afraid. :palmf:

Why would he cheer for Yuzu now (skating to Plushy music of all things) if that was the case?

If there is any person in the entire Milky Way to reconcile these two, it's Yuzu I guess

Some really impressive and cute things about Yuzu's free skate yesterday (don't know, if this has been shared here already):

Yuzu's modified program content was probably like this:
4S (# never done as first element in 'Origin' before)
4T
3Lo (# this was the only jump which he kept exactly where it was in the original layout from thursday)
3F (# never done in 'Origin' before)
----
4T+1Eu+3S
3A+2T
3A+3T?

Now the funny thing: After the 1A pop Yuzu added a 1Eu right after... but realized that he's done that combo already, stopped and laughed about himself
It's literally the first time that Yuzu has 'overYOLOed' himself.

Anybody familiar with medical field know what the injuries mean this time?
The 'peroneal muscle tendon' and 'triangle ligament damage ' sounds similar to last yr.
anterior inferior tabial fatigue sounds new

I am not familiar with medical field, but these diagnosis were made only by palpation and visual inspection by his team doctor, so I am expecting accurate name of injury will come after he got more examined (but Yuzuru said earlier that he was sure it was his ligament again). I believe we are going to hear from JSF about how long it will take to be completely healed.

He was laughing about the 3F in the kiss&cry afterwards, wasn't he?

Wow, how many did you guys watch the LP?
I tot it was because he wanted to do a combo after the 1A but couldnt get enuf height cos his right ankle was giving too much pain.

Incidentally, the 3F got a carrot call. Yuzuru's 1st after X number of years he had it fixed.
That was the 1st thing I noticed looking at the protocols.

Just saw the ceremony video. Wow, can we get a documentary film of him aired all over the world?

I thought carrot refers to underrotations or downgrades [which he did get for the Euler (lol) and 3A]? Didn’t he just get an ! for the 3F? Or have I been misinformed about the carrots? 😅
