The new program can be viewed on NHK Sendai webpage with no VPN and fully legally but you need to scroll down to the bottom of the page and play the video there showing under "Special Program Now Available" heading (that is, after you click to translate the page to English). The same video at the top of the page is geoblocked so do not get discouraged by this

Thank you for the tip, it works! If one clicks on one of the two first videos, which are restricted to Japan, though, it's necessary to delete the thumbnail and then reopen the page, because the pop-up won't go otherwise.

I haven't posted about it, but Mascot Yappei is supporting Yuzuru Hanyu x Yuzu's Ikue quite a lot, here saying that they were to imitate Yuzuru Hanyu during the weather segment of the news!

Photographer Yoshiki Kogaito, author of the Photon Photo Book, has printed a photograph of Yuzuru Hanyu on traditional lacquerware. I don't understand if it's an unique item made for the Photon Exhibition at the Ryosokuin Temple in Kyoto, or if there have been (or will be) several:
