The competition is the second of 13 events in the 2026–27 ISU Challenger Series. It will feature all four disciplines. The ISU Challenger Series is an annual series of senior international figure skating competitions organized by the International Skating Union (ISU).     2027 World Team Trophy The 2027 ISU World Team Trophy will take place April 8-11, 2027, in Tokyo, Japan. The ISU World Team Trophy features the six (6) best national Teams from ISU Members. A special provision also allows the host ISU Member to qualify. Each Team includes 2 Men Single Skaters, 2 Women Single Skaters, 1 Pair, and 1 Ice Dance team, for a total of 8 Skaters.
