2024 Washington Picken Solo Ice Dance International The 2024 Washington Picken Solo Ice Dance International will take place April 25-28, 2024, in Reston, Virgina. The event will feature the Ice Dance discipline in the novice, junior and senior divisions, and will be conducted in accordance with the 2023-24 ISU Constitution and General Regulations, the Technical Rules for Ice Dance 2023/24 (ISU Communication 2560) and relevant ISU Communications. The 2025 Potomac Memorial Open will be hosted by the Washington FSC and will be held Aug 15-17, 2025, in Ashburn, VA. This year's event will be a NQS (National Qualifying Series) event for the singles discipline. This event will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of U.S. Figure Skating, as set forth in the current rulebook, and/or current Compete USA handbook as well as any pertinent updates that have been posted on the U.S. Figure Skating website.
