I don't know how Mirai stacks up to the other girl who skated to Winner Takes It All in terms of speed/transitions/TEC, but I could spot a huge difference in presentation/interpretation skills in just the first seconds. It makes sense why Mirai has so many fans

She looks like she's deep in thought/concentrating hard. Understandable, but this music needs more passion thank she's giving it. Lots of good elements, though. It could be a great program with some time. I was going to say it was clean, and then she fell about two seconds later. I think I jinxed her...:hopelessness: the spiral into the crescendo was gorgeous!

Leaving aside the late program jump issues which it's to be hoped can be fixed over the season as stamina increases, I really love this program for Mirai! It reminds me of the Mirai that I first fell in love with, the one who really made me FEEL something.

Even with the falls that was so beautiful, I'm tearing up a bit :sad21: I think this program is going to be magnificent. On a side note, I've been dreaming of this program and I pictured her in a blue dress. The red/purple doesn't seem to match the softness of the song.

It sounds like Korea is doing the same thing Russia did in the lead up to Sochi and really focusing on getting some competitive ladies to showcase

I dont think the choreography is right for the song. Needs more elongated lines and angst. Needs some interpretation and acting to really sell the song. Who choreographed for her?
Also I think a flowing, softer dress would make a better impact with this song.

Agreed! I was anticipating her 2As the same way I anticipate Han Yan's 3As.
