Skaters like Wang and Hicks have had their chances and at this point in their careers are not going to suddenly move up and become contenders.

I suppose but then all those Gracie Gold fans should take a similar approach to her. Obviously it is easy for us to say but these ladies devote their lives for one moment in time when they can shine. Both ladies and well Gold seem like they have been around for a while but they are still young really.
