Don't know if they ever fell in both programs in the same comp, but there was a very promising jr ID couple from Japan that had a habit of falling too often (him). I think they were nicknames Utashin and one of his names was Shingo, but can't remember their full names. They broke up.

He had another partner after that, but they split too. Last I heard, he's doing singles this season and looking for another partner.

Catching up as per usual but what a shame for the Czechs!! Poor Daniel was so upset in the K n C. I actually enjoyed this performance of theirs the most this season. Good on them for performing as well as they did after the fall.
