I don't think it was ever fully written out here in full certainty, but Chelsea Liu/Balazs Nagy will be representing the USA. They've been added to the international selection pool:

Yep, I mentioned this about Liu/ Nagy in post #656 above. But thanks for providing the US figsk link in your post.

I suppose L/N might receive better support and funding in the U.S., despite a plethora of teams to compete against for international assignments. One advantage for Liu/ Nagy is that they can get a head start on international assignments this season, while other new teams, including Efimova/ Mitrofanov; McBeath/ Parkman; and Izzo/ Ferland (if they rep the US), must wait for respective releases, b/f they can compete internationally.

Everest is back on the CQÉ list with Jamie Fournier in junior dance . It is interesting how we learn more about the competition entry lists indeed than the fed/skaters announcements.

Alexa Knierim/Brandon Frazier and Katie McBeath/Nathan Bartholomay have been removed from the International Selection Pool (https://www.usfigureskating.org/skate/qualify-for-team-usa).

I'm guessing this is confirmation of Alexa and Brandon retiring, and we already knew Katie and Nathan split and her new partner isn't able to compete internationally yet for the USA.
