Has anyone ordered from SP Teri lately? How long did it take to get your skates?
I'll keep my story nice, as this is a public forum, but I'm at the end of my tether with them. They won't give me an honest answer on timeframe. Last October, they told me 5-8 weeks. Since January, I have followed up many times, and they have been telling me two weeks.
I get that custom skates take time, and business is tough (you would not believe some of the excuses they have given me), but I just want an honest estimate instead of blatant lies. So, if any SP-Teri skates are actually being delivered, can you tell me how long you had to wait?
