At least their cheesy disco thing was dancing, not political preaching or hair-tearing drama.JonnyCoop said:All well and good (and not especially surprising), but all I gotta say is, their free dance better be a heck of a lot better than that cheesy disco thing they had the nerve to show up and present at SLC.

I personally believe they have a pretty good chance to be fairly competitive; I would put them, at their top form, among the top 5 in the world (at least based on who's in it now).
I always feel bad for athletes who think that they have a chance to go to the Olympics and then a former "superstar" decided to come back and they of course get the top spot.

Italy's top dance team is Faeilla & Scalli. Most likely they'd be in Torino along with FP&M. The interesting this is that the team after that is Aureli & Vaturi, who're coached by Barbara! I wonder how they must feel - to be unable to go to Olympics because of your coach...STL_Blues_fan said:Is there a 2nd Italian team that does not get to go to the Olympics b/c F-P&M decided to unretire? I assume that Frederika and ? (his name escapes me) secured 2 spots for Italy.
