What got stuck what way? We need more details, I'm afraid.
Both boots are slightly bent to the side around the ankle area.

If the boots are bent sideways at the ankle, they're probably dead. You'd need new boots.

Sounds as if they've broken down and need replacing. How long have you had them, and how many hours per week or month do you skate? At what level (recreational, group lessons, private lessons....)? Do you jump in them?
