Don't ISU have some rules on this, he was knocked out cold a for while on ice...cuts and blood ok..what if he has concussion

He couldn't even bend over to put his skate covers on, either he doesn't have balance back or his back hurts...but during warm up his eyes look so angry and determined I think he will skate jus to skate even without doing well or finishing program :/ Han yan withdrew it seems, he didn't warm up

Maybe wth time to sit quietly he will be more stable....?:/
