Sinitsina/Katsalapov future prospects

Ok, maybe I am crazy or something... Just about the reason of a break up. Maybe Nikita thought that like his close friend Trankov he will be able to start over with a new partner straight away, winning everything? He was not happy with lack of golds and thought that it was because of this partnership.
I cannot say that he has a big ego cause I don't know him personally, but that is how it comes across.
Also, strangely so, I am starting warming up to Victoria while getting colder towards Nikita. He said he thought the process will be quicker and easier and that they will adjust to each other better. Well, good luck next season.
 
I don`t think S/K are going to break up. It`s way too soon to say if or how successful they are going to be. If by next season I/Z are still beating them left and right, I think they are going to change coaches, but honestly S/K are kind of stuck with each other. There are no other partners in Russia, who are on their level and since they initiated the break ups, they have to make it work. Nikita probably expected to have the success, I/Z are experiencing now. I think it`s safe to say that S/K have a lot of work ahead of them to get to the level I/K used to have.

I don't know about Katsalapov but you are right Trankov used himself example his break up for I/K's split.

Trankov, Katsalapov & Larionov are all good friends, and I wouldn't be surprised if the success Trankov had with his new partner factored into the thinking of K & L dumping their partners last season, although also in both cases it sounds like the coaches had a big influence. Mozer never liked Vera, Morozov didn't want anyone else taking any credit for the success I/K seemed poised to have and was happy to potentially ruin Elena's career after she was done with him.

Or knowing Morozov, he was through with her. Remember the original plan was for him to coach S/K. The poor girl had her heart ripped to shreds by both K and M. This was a very difficult championship for Ruslena. S/K will be fine. Marina is working overtime for them.

I hope they will skate this season. Anywhere, I don't care. And next season they should skate at all Challengers they can get.

More like Ruslan was trying to diffuse the matter while trying to be respectful, but Trankov was constantly trying to belittle Ruslan. Hey look K had S picked out for at least a year in advance. No one thought the "little man" would develop nor did they care because K is the "man". LOL.. Not to say that K is not good. But I loathe how disrespectful the community as a whole has been to Ruslan. I hope they all live to regret it. So in my book K/S belong together.

Apparently when you get the OGM its like carte blanche in Russia to do as you please. But I could never envision say someone like a Sergei Grinkov acting in this manner. Sorry for my rant and digressing so much, but this man just irks me at times. :disapp:

I used to follow Trankov on Instagram. When I heard his comments i decided I could not like him as person. You can support your friend with out getting trashy about it. He went down a few levels. Nikita is in the Olympic medal club because he was part of a team. Give Lena more respect than that. There was no reason to be disrespectful to Ruslan either. Ruslan was jus a casualty.

Trankov is not popular with the males in Kustarova's group. Mozgov said in his since deleted sprashivai.ru meltdown that he doesn't like Trankov and Viktor Kovalenko went nuts when Trankov posted lewd comments on Sinitsina's Instagram.
 
Dear Mozgov.:o: I don't know why nobody considered him for Ilinykh after split. He is super great.:cool: But maybe too tall for Ilinykh. They could have look like Chock/Bates. Anna is very lucky.:love:
