Yulia Lipnitskaya

Yes, it is. I'm actually not doing any far-reaching conclusions of all of this, I just hope that there remain normal relations between all the skaters and no one conflict with each other in the Eteri's group

It's quite impossible to have good relations with all skaters, even if they are from the same group. This goes for everybody, whether you are a skaters or a "normal" person working in office etc. Nothing so strange about that.

Exactly.
Moreover, Eugenia wants all the attention of the coach:)

Then I cannot imagine how they will get along further. Most probably, the next season will exist more serious battles between them on all tournaments, and the conflict (if it really has place) - this will be an additional anxiety for both. I don't know what there happened with them, but it would be better if they would reconcile.
P.S. Though the attention of the coach - it is of course a serious reason for a conflict maturing (but maybe it's not that)

But they don't need to get along. As long as nobody whacks anybody and it doesn't affect their performances...

It certainly isn't reflected in Evgenia's performances. And here on Yulia's performances... I'm not sure
I think Yulia has much bigger problems to worry about than Evgenia Medvedeva... (Growth, injuries, fame, technique, expectations, programs, motivation, training space... Evgenia potentially affects the last, but that's it).

That's true.
I think it's really common that I know some people but I really don't care about her/he and don't want to know much about her/he so I am not their friends on facebook although they are always on the recommendation list. That doesn't mean I will fight with them or be affected a lot by them.

Why do they have to get along? Sorry, but I don't understand why is this an issue. I don't get along with all people I work with, same as millions of people I'm sure. Who cares who's friend with whom? There are many of my family who are not in my friend list on FB, for example, and I can assure you I never had a fight with them. As long as people don't fight each single day, or kill each other:p, that's fine. You don't have to be friends with everybody you come to meet in life. It can become a problem when you have to work in a team, but this is an individual sport so no problems there.
I understand this is dead period for us, Yulia's fans. No news and nothing to report, but let's not invent problems where there are none. ;)

Yulia has distanced her self from everyone in her training group imo. Evgenia more than the rest I suppose. When is the last time the two of them were in one photo together when they were interacting? I can only think of many years ago.

Probably you are right. These are their lifes and they can select with whom to communicate and with whom not. The main thing - they both have many friends, and on the skating rink it is enough to tell hi/bye or even just to nod. Really, if only they would not fight with fists :)

yeah, they don't have to like each other. The judges will not care about how close they're anyways.

A bit of positive news from Eteri - http://tass.ru/sport/1814311
http://fsrussia.ru/intervyu/871-eteri-tutberidze-ya-prosto-pomogayu-uchenikam-byt-pervymi.html

They are working with Yulia at her jumps (especially at lutz), the working process is going calmly and normally. The interviewer said that now Yulia is more involved into social life and asked if it can influence her training, Eteri said that not in the slightest, and that the filming of that Adidas commerical had taken only half-day.

Tsundere (ツンデレ) is a Japanese character development process that describes a person who is initially cold and even hostile towards another person before gradually showing their warm side over time.

I think that can be seen in Yulia lately and maybe that's why Japan is absolutely infatuated with her.

Yay! Finally some good news. I'm glad they started to work this early. They have a lot of time to work on tech content and on presentation skills. I wonder if they started to work on new dances too :)

Oh God.... soooo Shojo manga

This is not the case. With Polina. http://cs7057.vk.me/c540105/v540105008/2c841/f8scUyS-fC8.jpg
Yulia good with Adyayn, Moris, Sergei, Sima, Vicka Nosikova (the new girl in the group). This is known with their words.
Others simply did not ask about it:).

My fault I should have said since the whole rumor went down with her leaving Eteri. They were saying on the Russian boards that Polina incidentally contributed to that because of certain questions she answered on her askFM. Since then we've seen Yulia with no one from the rink. Vika Nosikova trains under a different coach but at the same rink.

Having pictures with someone doesn't neccessarily mean you are good friends either. I personally don't believe in half of the smiles I see in many pictures, and good/polite words I read from skaters. In anycase, you cannot possibly be friends with everyone and this applies to anyone. I find that a very "natural" thing, and I liked very much the honest answer that Liza gave on this subject in her interview.
Besides, let's be completely honest. Figure Skating is a small community. The competition, especially at this level, is very high and is a tough environment. Bitterness and jealousy is bound to happen. Mean things and gossip are most probably the order of the day - even among parents of skaters who are suppose to be adults:sarcasm: - and we know very well that Yulia has been a target since she became so successful and famous from last year. I'm glad that Yulia is protected by her mom, although personally I'm not much into mom thing (maybe because I grew up away from my family), but it's good that at this very delicate age she is there. I'm also very glad that Yulia has the character she has, because she needs to protect herself from such things, as much as she can of course, because to quote Bob Marley "Everyone is going to hurt you. You just got to find the ones worth suffering for.” She is wise and an intelligent young girl. She knows, and will learn more through her life experience, about who her friends are or should be.

Right now though she should care and focus on this. ;)

I'm very happy about it, and thank you borzaya for the info.

Can you give a link to Polina`s ask.fm?
And when Nosikova managed to change the coach? She has long treated the leg in Tyumen.
Yulia rarely photographed with someone from the rink).
