Adidas apparently reckons, that Julia doesn't have fans outside RussiaJulia has more views than any of athlete from https://www.youtube.com/user/adidasbut why her video is on adidasrussia not on adidas ?
(na przykład w Polsce
).I think the only countries that count are Russia, US, Japan, and maybe Canada. Countries like Poland, for example, are apparently inconsequentialAdidas apparently reckons, that Julia doesn't have fans outside Russia(na przykład w Polsce

Yulia's hobby project, from her VK group page.
Apparently it's some kind of mosaic.

The only thing I can say about it is a very messy article, full of gossip and speculationcan anyone post a translation of the part about yulia?

Written apologies seem quite sincere, but that video looks just like another shot at Julia to me...Later the same website was forced to publish an apology to Yulia, which you can read here: http://www.eurosport.ru/figure-skating/story_sto4630347.shtml
They essentially admit that the information published in the article above had nothing to do with reality. The interesting bit is the video clip, published together with the apology - apparently it was provided to the website by Yulia as a sort of ironic retort to the "swearing" allegations. The apology mentions this and also that they appreciate Yulia's sense of humor.

This is apparently an "insider opinion", so to speak, of someone with a pretty acute grudge against lots of people in figure skating. Tabloids love this kind of stuff. Completely unverifiable, of course. The only things it says about Yulia is that she lives a closeted life, with her mom that takes care of her, that she never gives her phone number to anyone, and that she swears a lot. In fact, it says that Eteri and Yulia swear a lot at each other during training sessions, and it's a sort of their style.
It also says quite a lot of dirty stuff about other known skaters, without mentioning names.

If you look at pictures from earlier seasons, you'll actually find plenty of Julia pictures with Zhenya, Polinas (Shelepen and Tsurskaya), Diana and other kids of Tutberidze's group. They were having fun, they played, Julia looked just like average happy, carefree kid. I think she was big friend with Shelepen and I suspect things changed after Polina left the group and then of course after Sochi madness. I may be wrong, please feel invited to correct me...
You are definitely right. She is not short on friends, she is short on time. Her relationship with Shelepen was close, S was like a mentor after she came to Moscow, and we are told that S helped her again last year. I read somewhere Yulia was the only one to stand by Shelepen after Shelepen's problems. Also remember after the FS at TEB, where she began to thank everyone on camera, she mentioned several skaters at her rink until it looked like she may have been cut short by scores. She told us she enjoys competitions in part because she can spend time with other skaters. There were several pictures of her with others at competitions. Some people just can't let go of fancying her as humorless and withdrawn. She is nothing like that.
