Yuzuru Hanyu: 2014-15 Season

Tbh I won't be surprised if it does happen xD
If only they all skate at least one POTO program especially for this competition- it would have been a total fun. I mean- if Reeds and pair could do an EX or change their LP, incorporate at least a small part from POTO music? That would have been fantastic. I think the home crowd would have been absolutely blown away.

What do you mean? He looks more or less beautiful? I am curious. People say he looks more beautiful in real live.

I'm trying really really hard to keep my fangirling under control  you take your best guess what I was trying not to say

Well, it's quite obvious figure skating never had a prettier face to represent this sport.;)

Awww, thank you, Maia, a million times!

I wonder why Kanako over Rika? I like both skaters, but I really dislike Kanako's FP...:slink:

I am also surprised why JSF didn't pick Rika. It is possible that Kanako asked for her place because she is not satisfied with her performance at WC and JSF approved it.

EDIT: Well, according to ISU World Standings for Ladies, Kanako's ranking is still higher than Rika. For WTT, each country should select the top two ladies. If one of the top 2 doesn't go, there will be some fines and penalties as well.

They can be the pairs team!

Seriously, both have the exuberant personalities to make them the ideal cheerleaders for Team Japan. And I hope to see heaps of hugs and lots of kisses exchanged between the TJ members! :yay:

Considering these two don't even take photos together (I mean no 3rd person), hug is very much enough to make me happy with tears. Kisses?! My heart will explode~:party2:

OMG! This thread's going so fast! It was around p.1230 when I read last time, just after FS night. My immune system seemed broken just after I was freed from the stressful WC nights, and got flu. I've been in bed for three days doing nothing but watching Yuzuru's "far from perfect but still gorgeous, first-rated" WC programs over and over. (SS and spins are so splendid, maybe the best, aren't they?)
Now, finally, I can say congratulations to Yuzuru on this page!
After reading the 30 pages saga of Yuzu fans, I found everyone has had the same emotions as mine of past three days, a big relief, happiness containing a bit of bitterness about the result, worry about his injury condition, and a kind of hope/expectation to the next season especially about his coming programs...
Anyway, isn't this the perfect scenario? He says he'll restart his training as a challenger and do intensive trainings this summer, thinking of putting three quads into his LP, you know.(He was thinking to put original three quads back in POTO before spraining his ankle:shocked: What a silly gutty boy!)
His enrollment in WTT seems like his will. He doesn't want to finish this season regretting not achieving clean programs, he says in today's press interview.
Then again, I'm starting to pray the Goddess of Skating he can finish this season safely with a satisfactory skating.
I'm sorry I wrote such a long post about the outdated topics.

Look at his expression! (Someone might have already posted.)

There're some wallpapers of Yuzuru.

Poice, I'm one of the minorities that love Yuzuru's POTO and really want to see his perfect POTO someday.

Nah, it's the music that is the problem, not the program itself. There were too many POTO this year and hearing the music over and over again has gotten on many people's nerves. I can't blame them, I also find it annoying.

He was fanboying as always :D :) During off season I'll upload videos from Polish Eurosport (CoC - commentators didn't know about collision and were surprised that he skated with bandage around his head :hopelessness:, NHK and WC).

ohh wow really?? how can they now know?? their commentary better be good or they failed at being fan uncles  btw thanks for translation in advance!!

thanks for the videos, ahh those poor girs, they better be getting some of those poohs :D

Yeah, I know. There're so many POTOs in FS competitions everywhere like Kurt and Tara(?) said on CBC. Especially this year, Team Japan has a whole set of POTO actors as you guys were joking. :laugh2: Even I thought they should have talked to each other and made some adjustments between them before choosing their music.
But speaking of Yuzuru's POTO, it's not boring at all. And he alters the arrangement obviously in every competition since, he says, he is trying to get his performance more expressive. He's really passionate about POTO. So I want to see what his POTO will be in the end:love:
