Awww! That's adorable!

Yes, I believe in him too - he'll come through, ne'er fear! It may take a while, and there may be something of a bumpy ride ahead, but let's just strap ourselves in, prepare for it - and we'll all emerge safe & sound on the other side. I'm utterly convinced of it. The question only is "when", not "if".

My thoughts exactly.

Nice photos, thank you!

One photo made me think: "Awww - is our boy growing up?"

and the next one: "No, he's still looking young - phew!" :)

Is there any information about whether Sasha will be junior or senior next season?
No news yet. If Mishin doesn't mention anything in the inevitable interviews that will be conducted after WTT, then we'll have to wait until the summer.

I just did a quick check of the ISU website.
According to the cumulative ISU World Rankings, he is:
-20th in the world
-The highest ranked junior :)
-The 4th ranked Russian

According to the ISU Seasonal World Rankings:
-12th
-3rd Russian :)
-The highest ranked junior :)

I suppose the junior season being over, the focus - in interviews & such - has been on seniors. Still, I've wondered too...

And yay for those results! :)

Do you have IG? Why don't you ask him? You never know, he might answer!

Okay, according to his gf (on her askfm), it is 50-50 whether Sasha will turn senior next season.

If IG is Instagram, then, no, I do not. In fact, I can't see anything on it at all. Oh, well...

We'll find out soon enough, I suppose...

I can see benefits either way. I don't think he'll be competitive on the senior GP circuit just yet. (But who knows? Nam + 4S did the trick, and Nam never did quads in juniors). However, he already has medals at JGP/JGPF, and he can still go back to Jr. Worlds (an inevitability, perhaps, since Russia's still stuck with two men at Worlds :disapp:)
