Yuzu is really good yeah I use yuzu juice in salad dressing and it's always good. There are also very delicious sauces and pastes with yuzu that you can use with sashimis , half cooked tuna or grilled chicken!

Just a precision, Mariposa skating school is not in Toronto. It is in Barrie, Ontario which is not very far, like one hour drive from TO.
Ryerson University rink is in the "Mattamy Athetic Center" that is right downtown Toronto. It used to be called "Maple Leaf Gardens" and was the home of the Maple Leafs hockey team before they moved to Air Canada Centre. It doesn't look that he is there though. I don't think.

I'm very happy to see Mao back, she's part of the young "retirees" that I miss so much. I hope she will reach her goals.

I have had Yuzu in my salads before which I loved, but all the other uses sound so delicious! I'm going to have to try Yuzu tuna and chicken one of these days Looks like Yuzu in all forms are :thumbsup: lol
