I only know what the google translator told me, so maybe I missed something. So far it looks like he simply stated that Yuzuru would no longer be in his care because of scheduling conflicts. I agree...Business relationships end all the time, I think it's better to just make a clear statement "I won't be working with Yuzu anymore" than letting it fall to rumor and conjecture. JMO.

My friend is a doctor and another one is a mental doctor, they both say that when you're a doctor, you shouldn't talk about your patients on social networks regardless of the case, or more like you're not allowed to.
Having said that I agree this is not something serious and there is no need to worry, and he's a therapist not a mental doctor.

In Canada we have strict privacy laws especially in any health related care. It all depends on how it was worded...but basically you arent even supposed to say "who" your patients are, let alone tweet about if you can treat them further...

However, we do not know know if Yuzu gave his permission to tell it to the world....so that is just speculation....as he is a professional medical practitioner, why make a statement at all? Thats just my opinion, thats all.

As a doctor, I also found his tweet distasteful. What happens inside the clinics stays inside the clinics. I do talk generally about the "case" to my family or friends but I would never mention a patient's name. A doctor - patient relationship is sacred for us, even if the relationship turns sour we cannot disclose anything about the case.

However, we are really not sure about the circumstances, maybe a lot of people asked him about Yuzu so that's why he made that announcement public, maybe he asked for consent to announce it. Personally, I'm not comfortable of making similar announcements even if people are badgering me about it. Although that maybe because I don't have a patient as famous as Yuzu.
